I suggest that you read the UKOG report & accounts RNS from the end of March 2018.

It details the successes as well as the issues which have subsequently been investigated & are believed to be able to be overcome at BB.

Why would it need a RNS no new shares being created?

It has already been covered in a RNS & is now a company to company payment so I don't think it will be necessary.

It's an improvement to see Motley fool more positive on UKOG.

Unfortunately there articles are poorly researched.

Even here they talk about interim figures at the end of March 2020.

These figures will be full year figures with the interims at the end of June 2020.

It certainly looks like the£3 loan has been payed in cash as there is no RNS this morning so we should start to see a rise from here with only £1 million payment to go at the end of March.

Hopefully UKOG will have enough revinues from HH2 to pay this in cash before then without more dilution.

Transaction details:



The £12 million total consideration payable to Tellurian comprises:

· An £8 million initial payment on SPA Completion (£5 million in cash and £3 million in UKOG shares).

· A £3 million deferred payment, on or before 31 December 2019, in UKOG shares.

· A £1 million second deferred payment, on or before 31 March 2020, in UKOG shares.

· The number of consideration shares issued will be calculated by the payment amount divided by the 10-day volume weighted average price ("VWAP") prior to the respective payment due date. At its sole discretion, UKOG can also elect to pay all or part of the deferred and second deferred payments in cash.

· Tellurian's dealing in UKOG consideration shares is to be subject to a 6-month orderly market provision.

The 31.12.2019 looks like it could be a very interesting day?

The reality is that it is not true to say that bookies do not lose?

Bookies lose but they usually cover large bets with an offset bet so they are not big losers!

No one has yet provided evidence that UKOG can be shorted so I presume you have bet long.

If the £3 million is layer in cash & SS takes up his options I think it will be very good news for the share price.

Especially as he now has new options issued as of September for the future.

If payment was in shares by 31.12.19 would we not of had a RNS for shares being issued by now?

Looks like a £3million cash payment being made by tommorow.

In fairness to the boy, on Spread-Ex I can get a price to sell but if I do press on the sell button it tells me that it will accept my sell only to close a long position. For about a year I have not been able to open any new short positions. I have manged to roll my previous shorts until 17th March 2020 and it may be significant that they have been split into smaller bets.

Maybe all UKOG shorts will be finished by April 2020.

Here is why & better times coming.

The reality is with no borrowings/ debt after the last £1 million payment to Tellurian at the end of March, Growing revenues from HH1 & HH2z a good CPR that will allow borrowings for future development.

UKOG is well on it's way to its deserved success.

The trolls may troll. Many may be underwater but this share has the makings of something special.

Looking good to me with only £1 million costs to follow .

The interesting thing here is that Tellurian did not receive any revenue from HH1 flow tests & dispute UKOG having payed TELLURIAN £8million by the end of the year, so far UKOG have received no revinue for this £8 million + HH2 drilling cost investment.
