Is this not the pipeline which passes HH with it's markers on the boundary fence.

The pipeline corridor could be 20-30m wide with only a small existing usage so plenty of room for more new pipelines in the corridor.

It's good to see that you are only invested in UKOG for the Portland as the Kimmeridge is not priced in.

I presume that you also think that the planning for HH was just a sham as with your point of view the last planning for 4 wells was not necessary as they could of sidetracked HH1 & HH2Z to produce from the 2 Portland wells needed.

Read page 10 of the corporate presentation & tell me the Kimmeridge is not happening apart from what is happening in PEDL234 this year.

You seem to be making UKOG a one trick pony forgetting that UKOG have untill 2022 to bring a field development plan for the Kimmeridge.

Work will continue at Dunsfold, BB & a new well site still to be named taking the learnings, new completion methods apart from HH3,4,5,& 6 hopefully the IOW so the more the revinue the more development.

I have no problem with additional revenues & profits over borrowing for development.

When do you expect the Portland & Kimmeridge CPR's from HH & what situation do you see 12 months from now?

I accept the HH1 continuous production for a revenue stream & we will have to see if HH1 will produce higher flow rates when the chokes are changed!

It means that HH3, 4, 5 & 6 will happen all the sooner with a stable HH1 flow & revenue as I have stated on a number of occasions.

If you were running the company (God forbid) would or would you not in shareholders interest continue to flow HH1 as it is with or without the potential of higher flow rates from the Kimmeridge while drilling HH2 & HH3 to produce a Portland CPR , implement NPV lending for development of the Weald & beyond
& reduce unpopular dilution where possible?

A simple yes or No will suffice.

If you wish to clarify your answer you can after the logical common scene answer that will work in shareholder interests.

Once UKOG develop HH, PEDL 234 the IOW reserves that they have with almost 100% ownership as well as PEDL 143 with 65% ownership it will be a very different story.

You stating your 30K interest in UKOG & your altitude on this board to the company brings to mind the German expression 'Schadenfreude'?

Im a little confused about HH1.

It says HH2z & HH1 wells will be put into long term production before the end of the year but does not mention HH1z why?

Shell have nearly 8 billion & a share price of over £23

The infrastructure will be developed in 2020 after the HH1 & HH2z are in long term production for HH3,4,5,6.

The further raises have bought greater percentages of HH & will pay additional purchased share costs going forward as well as the costs of partners who have defaulted on there cash calls.

This should all be beneficial to UKOG & it's shareholders in good time.

I see no evidence of you being a constructive shareholder with a forward vision for the company, just constant griping & negativity at every turn.

As I have said to you before if you have concerns why do you not raise them with HHDL.

Another question that you have no answer for, but never mind I am looking forward to the positive development coming now & in the future. It is not a perfect world but if you can not see how far we have come & what HH has the potential to deliver there is no point in wasting thoughts, words & time on you negativity.

SS has stated UKOG are fully funded until the end of 2019 from funds raised in 2018.

He also stated that revenues from one well which will shortly be two wells can fund the next wells which would not require further fundraising or lending to continue. Even if it takes a bit longer production revenues will grow well on well.

The reason I think they may increase is that the OGA set maximum levels of production within the testing period.
Once these are removed time will tell, but why use the wording long term production not production if a sidetrack was being considered for the future?
I also believe that PEDL 234 will see more development once we are in production.

Are you saying that you don't believe that the vertical KL3&KL4 in HH1 are not capable of higher flow rates than under test conditions?

It's interesting that you think that you can predict the actual non test flows from HH1 from KL3 & KL4 especially once they have been put into long term production which indicates that it will not be taken out of production to drill the sidetrack.

The next 2 wells HH2Z &HH3 are needed to provide CPR for NPV lending if you read & understand the report accounts.

The wording of 2-3 time flow is a guidence & will depend on the located geology of the well which could be more or less but will be revealed after the drill as stated previously there are ways to stimulate & develop or increase flow should it be in the companies interest.

The big buy was probably Chris oil now that he has sold UJO from over 7% to under 3% today.

No more TR1's needed there to sell out.

Will we see a TR1 for him in UKOG at some stage?

It also ties in with SS comments of the Portland being completed to get the CPR released before the Kimmeridge.

This indicates that the HH3 well will be drilled after the HH2 with the Portland CPR following that drill.

We may have to wait for a while for the Kimmeridge CPR untill after all wells are drilled as UKOG have until 2022 to evaluate the Kimmeridge & put together a field development plan.

This is when we may see how many other sites will be developed.
