Interesting comment & the answer depends on your perspective.

The reality is you may appear to be right in the short term.

In the longer term when the production licence is granted & a CPR can be published it is likely to be a very different sentiment.

As shareholders we have employed SS to work & make UKOG a mid cap company.

There is obviously a discount being applied to the overhang but once cleared things will move on & today's downs can be tomorrows ups.

I look forward to that.

Positive news will start to lift things despite the oil price & reduce the number of shares needed to pay Tellurian the final payment at the end of March.

I think that you can still look at another 20 years of vehicles on the roads after that date while it will be a declining curve.

In that time they will need to make better alternatives available than are available today as well as the infrastructure to allow them to operate.

Is that the 2 nd tanker out today or the second out from from HH2?

I think it will come good. Not a dead duck in my opinion but if you read the RNS it will tell you where the company is & why?

UKOg has gained 25 years planning permission for 6 wells from Surrey County Council at Horse Hill & is in the final stages of buying a 35% share of that licence.

It has planning permission in for appraisal of 2 more of its licences & from its presentation has a 9 well drilling program planned as it progresses.

With Tullurian having a new finance director there policies could change if they want cash quickly.

Hopefully they will find someone to take there UKOG stake which was over 6% in January rather than there it being sold off drip drip into the market.

The next RNS is likely to be a loan conversion as YA sold out yesterday.

Never mind we are now more than half way through there loan now. We have additional flows to come & HH11 going into production soon so they will soon be gone.

Lets look forward to more positive news to come as the year progresses & this price war passes.

After the last one prices over compensated to make up for lost ground.

This time UKOG will have more oil production.

I think the 275 million shares was for £3 million of Tellurians 35% share. This gives an average of 1.09p.
The £5 million was covered by the YA loan making up the £8 million first payment, with the £3 million January payment (330 million shares) & the final instalment to be made for £1 million in shares by the end of March.

This RNS from 7 January covers Tellurians holding at that time after the second £3million payment but it will be different now with there sales since that date.

As you know this is AIM & the market makers move the price not the amount of buys & sells.

They are obviously providing discounts to move the finance money shares, once that is clear & HH1 & 2 are producing making way for HH3 we should be building up a head of steam.
