J.p on twitter says UKOG only need one well to produce 500BOPD to fund the next well.

I hope that can be done on HH1 with a dual completion & HH2Z + will develop the rest of HH, PEDL234,IOW & the ex Holmwood licences.

Nearly 3 times as many shares bought as sold & the share price falls defies logic or is it just the way AIM works.

You can keep pushing your negative lines but UKOG will have the benefit of the extra 35% HH licences for many years to come with there production revenues & your trivial posts will long be forgotten.

Have UKOG reported that that comfort letter has been issued.

From what I conclude from the 3rd Janurary 2020 RNS is it will not be complete until the final payment has been paid at the end of March.

If this was not the case what would happen if UKOG defaulted on the final payment?

I think that the comfort letter of change of licencee will be issued following this payment & production granted.

Unfortunately it can't happen at this stage as no one would underwrite the rights issue.
