The government loan scheme was worded as below.

Below were the resolutions put to the general meeting & passed at that meeting with the condition that they will remain in place until the end of the next AGM.

My understanding of that is if no AGM is able to be held due to the coronavirus the directors have the authority to act in what they believe to be shareholders interest until such a meeting can take place issuing shares if necessary.

I think that a RNS will be issued for the report & accounts which will cover what will happen with the AGM.

Resolutions at the General Meeting
Resolution 1 – Directors’ Authority to Allot Shares
This is an ordinary resolution to grant the Directors with the authority to allot and issue shares
and grant rights to subscribe for shares in the Company for the purposes of Section 551 of the
Act up to the maximum aggregate nominal amount of £300,000. This resolution replaces any
existing authorities to issue shares in the Company and the authority under this resolution will
expire at the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.
Resolution 2 – Disapplication of Pre-emption Rights
Resolution 2 proposes to dis-apply the statutory rights of pre-emption in respect of the
allotment of equity securities for cash under Section 561(1) of the Act. This is a special
resolution authorising the Directors to issue equity securities as continuing authority up to an
aggregate nominal amount of £300,000 for cash on a non pre-emptive basis pursuant to the
authority conferred by Resolution 1 above.
The authority granted by this Resolution will expire at the conclusion of next annual general
meeting of the Company.

I'm sure they are all working very hard including SS who will be hopeing for good news to put in his next RNS report which should be the 2018/19 report & accounts.

Hopefully this time next year we should report a profit.

YA last conversion was on 5th March for 29 million shares which have long gone.

They seem to be taking a break at the moment so this may be Tellurian who have a new finance director.

I understand that Saudi we sending oil to the Netherlands with April delivery.

The question is, if EU & UK borders are closed how it is expected to get here.

We see the actions being taken by our government to alleviate some of the
unprecedented difficulties on companies & there employees & must ask at this difficult time what our BOD are doing for shareholders?

While we appreciate the additional percentage of the HH licences being purchased. I have to ask if funds held for additional developments of the site could or would be better utilized initially by paying off the £1 million final Telluriun payment & or buying out Alba before they Collapse completely?

UKOG has been granted a production licence by the OGA for HH the key question is what other regulatory approval is necessary for HH to go into full production which should be achieved by September according to SS who has been pretty accurate so far.

After that at what stage will SS provide a CPR?

If it is the case at UKOG can get a interest free loan of £5 million it should take it IMO.

With £5 million it could pay of YA & BUY out the whole of Alba never most and just there share of HH currently valued at £1.95 million& PROBABLY Doremous 4% as well.

Tough times but if a CPR can also be released it will be happy days for investors or am I only dreaming?

Was this as it did not meet your reserve price?

If so please can you state you reserve price so that bidders can bid accordingly & avoid a repeat of the current situation.

What you need to understand is that a cut in oil price will in one way benefit the US & China as as both the US & China are both net importers of oil despite the US being the largest world oil producer.

Russia & Saudi do not import oil.

FOTH,John, Sue, Pete & Tony have provided great coverage over the last few years making what is happening visable & real.

You may not like it as it does not fit with your agenda but what happened yesterday is real & give UKOG oil & gas production rights & income for the next 25-50 years & the foundation to build our company to a mid cap company.

Your vitriol is your usual characteristic if you are a shareholder or not so I will not grace it unduly.

The reality through all your supposed enthusiasm, knowledge & understanding for UKOG to me seems very short sighted & lacks planning & understanding of how things work, the legislation & funding to make them work .

If you have made a mistake in investing in this company that is your fault & your fault alone. So maybe you should start accepting some responsibility instead of this constant belly aching for a job getting done.

My thanks go to SS & the UKOG team for getting us this production licence & the eyes for helping provide support to shareholder who without them would be in the dark & UKOG may not be at the stage that it is now.

We know there is still some pain to come in the short term from the overhang but we should have at least 25 years production & NPV through a CPR to make profits on our now almost 86% ownership of PEDL 137 & PEDL 246 which imo. is springboard to to the rest of these licence areas & the rest of the UKOG estate.
