I don't know but it may be the flow test of HH2 may have been suspended as it may not be considered essential work.

These decisions were already taken & no one can change the world circumstance.

Just take a look at the world markets and tell me what you think has happened & will happen to many companies especially ones with debts.

One saving grace is that UKOG has no debt repayments to make being beholdant to a bank with no action income.

I'm not sure that I have a big problem with the bonus.

What was achieved from May 18 - September 19 needs rewarding & incentives in place but.

I am looking at the current environment of low oil price & the coronavirus.

This needs the directors even for the short term to take the lead & protect the company. It will help cash flow & reduce the need to raise cash through the oil price squeeze & reduced consumption during the coronavirus.

It looks as is SS let 55 million share options lapse so let's see some support for the company.

If you believe that to be the case then you should write a letter of complaint to the Financial Conduct Authority.

It should state that you don't believe that the directors of UKOG plc are complying with there corporate governance & in which respects that you believe that & ask the to investigate.
