Mining Minister just do international promotion for foreign investment in Mongolia. Lot of public statement say problem in past but new approach including LAW CHANGE. Even yesterday I post I formation in this from European Mongolian Chamber of Commerce.

Mining Minister have said in public LP will be given. People like Ambassador & CEO who speak DIRECTLY with Govt say CONFIDENT LP will be given and VERY SOON.

If do not believe figure 60-70% from someone who have show to be sneaky on BB & base on historic factor.

Prefer to look at presence factor & think all know this is much more important.

Make own decision but am very happy to hold MATD share & believe this is more 99% will happen using logic of all pieces in this

Velocirapror drill fully paid & all permit in place. Canada company already commit to drill this in Q2 and Petro Matad only wait for spud date confirming.

I just read MRPAM page on new tender announcement for licence. First ones

Blocks IX (Nomgon), X (Tukhum north), XIII (Tsagaan Els), XIV (Zunbayan) and XXIV (Dariganga).

This is first 5 of 14 new block for this year and MÀTD help Mongol Govt organise this.
Understand what MATD do with DQE deal & money from Heron. They develop new licence from PRODUCTION REVENUE.

Also understand MATD not just explorer but has oil in Heron and why this can happen so people who say just gamble or horse race maybe they not so clever or just sneaky ;)

Also say on same site "AND SOME BLOCK SIZES ARE BIGGER THAN THE ENTIRE AREA OF QATAR"

With extension of block XX already have 2 BILLION barrel basin & MATD already have EL for this maybe you understand why holder of stock so excited by investment.

Thank you mr Master for update & VERY significant MRPAM Minister attend local meeting. All know MATD have full backing if MRPAM and also know Central Govt can overide Local Govt with new law.
