Mr Mike Buck say problem start in 2017 (same year as article) when local council get power to overule central Govt. & this is why they make all demand.Now central govt take power back to overule local council & why local council ready to deal now with Petro Matad.

This is very clear now from even little research & why straight away I know article old even before I see Ms T Amarzul mention as CEO
