Mr Buck did think this out very well & have very strong plan for MATD shareholder. Do not judge him too quickly until see result in Q2 :)

This is where person must look at big picture and not make quick judgement.

Petro Matad have very good relation with Major Drilling Mongolia & DQE.

Why use DQE over Majir Drilling? Because bigger plan is fast growth through JV with DQE and all contract term agree now. DQE want to grow in this area and with support of China Govt. You will see how this develop from JV to takeover bid I think but early for this discussion sir This is not same as Major Drilling plan.

Major Drilling have chosen now because before was so much uncertainty with COVID restriction & all thing that have impact on this. Affect Majir Drilling as well but DQE have bigger China dependent.

Whatever say about Petro Matad from past have learn lesson now and believe this very good plan now in place for 2023 & for shareholder.

Lot of reason for price drop here main market problem last 2 week but HEAVY news now in Q2 and uptrend continue.

Like article say "INEVITABLE price rise". All know nothing in life or market 100% guarantee but in stock market I am very happy to hold MATD share right now before next big rise into Q2 :)
