If you look at Govt policy statements & economic forecast & Vision 2050 with energy independence report will see what Govt want.

Also will see how wide economy fit with revenue generating from mining / oil. Will understand how Mr BP comments make me laugh when he say delay to keep all ol till refinery built.

Look at bigger picture of new oil blocks & foreign investor drive with other comment from Mr Mike Buck & MATD strategy.

- Change in law 2017 to give local Govt more power in decision. Local govt decide not to give land access

- New pro Business / Foreign investment Central Govt in power with lot educated abroad

- Mr J Gan ataar Mining Minister say last Oct will "get all sorted out in 1-3 month". Some people say mr Mike Buck make this up. Sensible person (no walnut lol) will know mr Buck make this in public statement so cannot make it up or Minng Minister will question this.

- Look like Mining Minister give last chance to do at local level but this did not happen or "1-3 month" would be true.

- Mining Minster go into action now. First transfer process from Governing body MRPAM direct to Ministry Control MMHI

- Make Block XX operations 'Project of National Importance', Make process as Special Certification & put direct to Cabinet for signing - NO vote by Great Kural, NO vote by Local Govt.

- First direct mention of documentation process from MMHI in 3 April RNS. By 22 May we know all documentation was complete & READY for submission to Cabinet BUT Ministry of Construction & Urban Development want to take over process as Ministry responsible for land access.

Why? Probably as Project of National Importance it is feather in cap for Ministry & future political ambition of dept members.

- This transfer could have been few week before RNS & can think other Ministry opinion will not change in this time. Think reasonable if we look at 6 week before (if we take RNS to RNS & understand have not complete timing fact but Ministry positions sane) will be few weeks NOT months for Cabinet submission.

Also understand now project status NATIONAL IMPORTANCE will not be anyone who will want to stop this. Status for reason to get Special Certification and with support of Govt.

If you understand what happen with Economy & new Govt this become obvious.

In meantime have countdown to potential massive V1 operations & expect Special Certifucation RNS in next few week.

V1 RNS in few trading day & have good confidence for Special Certification RNS VERY soon but investing decision your so be happy whatever you decide ;)

- DQE JV to fast track development (terms agree & final signing /RNS to confirm)

- Renewables (HUGE potential with China, Saudi Arabia, EU already show interest to invest / import energy)

- New Blocks (some bigger then Quatar with potential compare to Saudi Arabia).

- Petro Matad / Mongol Govt Partnership (IOM meeting with direct attending by MRPAM / MMHI / Petro Matad / Mongol Ambassador) - to be confirm by RNS

Strategy to finance massive company growth through production revenue / offtake & strategic partnerships already negotiated. Also talks on Govt level re: Renewable sector growth / investment / export.

People say about land access but this is ONLY reason anyone can BUY at this price. Anyone who do deep research / intel AND also know why previous delay will have TOTAL confidence in process now happening & expect Special Certifucation I next few week.

We see here now start of development of major Energy Company in Mongolia & opportunity this have for well research investor who see this.

BUY Signal Confirm - sometime put chance to make joke to side & use analytic for investment.

- Why would rally happen? Because we move now until V1 drill operations.

- V1 have 20% COS. But drilling in "Taats Basin with proven working petroleum system & excellent oil source rocks"

- Still 20% COS so why? But MASSIVE potential upside in not just company making drill but "country making"

- Also fully funded for follow up drill if positive show V2 & all permit

- Still 20% COS. But company already have HERON oil asset & Central Govt bypass Local govt to get Special Certifucation through.

- But do not have land access yet. This us why have been taken over by Central Govt and with Project of National Importance status

- But transfer to other Ministry?. Govt do everything so no loophole and do not know how many week ago transfer done so could get any time

- But V1 drill coming. Still have around 7 week for result (30 day + few day for analysis).

I do expect Special Certification RNS BEFORE this time for reason I give before & size of upside mean will defi stely not be caught with pants down.

What if SC not come in this time & V1 duster? What if LP does come in this time & V1 hit oil or LP come in this time & V1 does not hit oil then share price should still be MUCH higher with fast track Heron development / revenue.

Even if SC come later does not worry me as investor because Heron asset always stabilise price but VERY CONFIDENT of SC soon & BEFORE V1 result

If anyone think Special Certification NOT coming then better you run to other investment & not waste time here ;)

Buy or not up to you but this is thought on investment with brain bigger then walnut maybe :)
