I did get reply from IR dept & think mr Rich did as well (think IR dept is mr Buck ;) ). Last times did get reply was just before RNS so think he does that sonetime lol

But we look at last RNS and say about Phase 1 of 2023 Open Tender "discussions on changes to PSC, on proposed work program and on fuscal terms have been COMPLETED".

Maybe we get that RNS to trip up one who try to trade / watch or mr Buck put in with V1 spud RNS.

I do not take chance and happy to stay safely with share :)

Remember RNS was 22 May about Ministry change as part of update but this could happen few weeks before.

We know all documentation was ready for submission so do not think same feedback / document presentation will take long.

Also think we get new block RNS now & maybe even Monday possible.

When Mining Minister say "will be sorted out in 1-3 month" then is fair to think this timeline good.

Then more information point to Mining Minister / company still hope will get sorted at local govt level.

When this did not happen then process go direct under Mining Ministry control for Special Certification as Project of National Importance.

Is reasonable to see how my timeline change with more information BUT as investor make me understand even MORE how Govt have commitment to get land access sorted out.

Now Ministry of Urban Development want glory of delivery of Project of National importance is reasonable to think process will be very soon now & reasonable to think other Ministry give same feedback.

My timeline change with changing development BUT basic investment case unchange or even BETTER if you look at IOM development.

I have good idea of investment from research & why do not need to change this view.

Happy & invested & expect land access RNS VERY soon now :)
