Have you find any other land relate in area that relate to oil from Ministry of Construction& Urban Development that need special Certification from Cabinet?

I leave latest news from Ministry of Construction & Urban Development who submit this special needs land use to Cabinet today but like mr Rich say lot if other try to block out subject.

Thus submission TODAY from same Ministry who take over from MMHI to submit Special land use for Block XX

Think mr BP want everyone to discuss him & not fact around Cabinet submission today. Other people want to talk about my wake up time. This is level of BB gossip not research lol

I already have my share so happy to go shopping & wait for RNS :)

Cabinet Meeting TODAY to discuss 40 topics and believe Block XX Special will be submitted for signing

Mr Rich this was from Minstry Construction & Urban Development yesterday for submission to next Cabinet meeting which is tomorrow.

Mr Dockerman Heron land only one I come across for Special Certification in this timeframe of Cabinet signature & I do LOT of research on different Ministry / Regulator websites.

Mr Rich made point which I say before as well. Ministry feedback should be same & process could be started weeks before May 22 RNS on Minstry transfer.

When people talk 20p, 50o, 100p SP which LP can open up it make you understand why I only use LOGIC for investing & do NOT take chance of missing LP news.

I go shopping today. Let sp & BB do own thing. I am happy I hold my own share for news & this is enough.

Investment case for Petro Matad development have NOT change & look like we get Cabinet submission tomorrow

- DQE JV to fast track development (terms agree & final signing /RNS to confirm)

- Renewables (HUGE potential with China, Saudi Arabia, EU already show interest to invest / import energy)

- New Blocks (some bigger then Quatar with potential compare to Saudi Arabia).

- Petro Matad / Mongol Govt Partnership (IOM meeting with direct attending by MRPAM / MMHI / Petro Matad / Mongol Ambassador) - to be confirm by RNS

Strategy to finance massive company growth through production revenue / offtake & strategic partnerships already negotiated. Also talks on Govt level re: Renewable sector growth / investment / export.

People say about land access but this is ONLY reason anyone can BUY at this price. Anyone who do deep research / intel AND also know why previous delay will have TOTAL confidence in process now happening & expect Special Certification I next few week.

For me MAIN thing which guarantee investment base price & development is Heron asset we ALREADY have. Velocirapror can be "Company & Country making" but have always been extra because Heron give me security for multiple SP.

Anyone who think Special Certifucation is not coming for Heron have no understanding of Mongol Economy & international trade.

BB experts give price estimate but already have 28p Progressive target WITHOUT Velocirapror. This at $70 oil price & all estimate say will be much higher.

Some people say "company sponsor so not worth anything". Figures must still be base on logic foundation & cannot be made up from air. Trust professional report more then BB posters ;)

Many same BB poster are one collect same share they try to get more simple one to sell.

Look at price you understand why ;)

Progressive report say around 28p WITHOUT Velocirapror so even you don't agree with Progressive estimate think much better research then 1p ;)

Also this with LP and like poster say Mongol Govt will be mad to not grant this. Do not even think deramper believe this but just part of game they play on BB lol

Nothing change & expect LP very soon because MMHI was ready to submit before transfer to Ministry of Urban Development. Can see took few week for that process.

Do not think take long now but people can believe who they want. My holding here for full Energy company development. I have good idea how close Petro Matad work with Govt & IOM meeting should show this.

Nothing change & Special Certifucation will go before Cabinet for signature.

When it dies open price will be more then any drop & large derisking alreasy happen. One who wait for full company development does not care anyway about short time price move.

Special Certification for land access POSSIBLE before Spud BUT think will be BETWEEN spud & result.

Spud in mid June then 30 Day drill & then some time to testing so look at maybe 6-7 week.

Special Certification very confident for RNS before this but like I say again Buy hold sell up to you ;)

If people say "I think LP come in Sept" then this is opinion & be happy to invest with this knowledge they have lol

Look like timeframe for MMHI to take control of permitting through Special Certification route was in weeks when they decide

Think is reasonable to expect no change in Ministry position & know change to Ministry if Urban Development must be so some weeks ago.

This tell me with logic will have Special Certifucation in weeks not months.

Think Sept logic is like someone say Mr Mike Buck lie about Mining Minister statement when all know he cannot make up something Mining Minister say if he did not say it.

Interview with Mining Minister mr J Gambaatar few day ago he mention about Xcalibur Multiphysics who I talk about weeks ago & they work with Govt on data & mapping.

He say "this is another duty of the Minister to attract investors. This is the best news for investors"

Most BB poster do not understand and why have excitement or breakdown over small penny price move. Some of us know from research what really happening here & why I say mr Buck is master strategist for company & shareholder even if BB expert think different :)

Think Mongol Govt have clear vision & good leadership NOW. Maybe not before but thing have change a lot. If do not understand this no problem.

Think they know enough how to build country & why New Vision policy in place. Text book logic only happen in BB where everyone have own idea how to run economy lol
