Why header timeframe?

Start with SC progress detail has been given before RNS this morning. Maybe progress update from last week but will be before today.

Here is logic and depend how soon Ministry give feedback but should be exactly same as they gave before since nothing change & still Project if National Importance.

Maybe some people did expect SC with SPUD but think most research people expect before DRILL RESULT in 5-6 week.

Ministry of Urban Development have completed all internal work & documentation already submitted to other Ministries.

Like I say when was this documentation submitted to other Ministries? Could be weeks ago.

Expect submission to Cabinet next few week with all Ministry feedback same

Special Certification RNS in next 1-2 week. Agree or not up to you If people want risk to be out with almost straight multibag in price with SC there decision.

Few percent change in price is nothing to what upsidecwe expect.

Submission to Cabinet should be straight signature. Anyone who spend time in research and not just to criticise other poster will understand and with LOGIC

Every Cabinet Meeting have maybe 20-50 topic for discussion.

No topic can be discuss in any detail. Have couple main one and plenty other that need signature.

Understand also designation Project if National Importance. This send out clear guideline must be approved for National wellbeing.

Only person who have not done research & understand procedure think will be delay at Cabinet Meeting level lol

Progressive Report already show 58p price projection (27p even without Velocirapror) but at only $70 bbl price. All analyst say oil price going up much higher (over $100) so price projection will go higher anyway (person who say Report sponsor by company does not mean figure just made up & must justify this with data).

Also Govt of Mongolia have massive expansion of oil resource development & why we think MRPAM/MMHI go to Isel if Man meeting to set up partnership agreement.

Check recent meeting between Govt & Xcalibur Multiphysics also to help in this .

Have put reason so agree or not. I look for triple figure share price with mr Mike Buck and brilliant strategy to develop MULTI FACTOR ENERGY COMPANY who pay dividend. Think Petrovis there for charity What will ROI be for investor at this price.
