Thus follow posting if news yesterday on there website about Minstry of defence first Minstry to start issuing special permits through NGOs

Why mention this about other ministry. NGO status link into Project of National Importance designation.

Sir this is guideline which is in existence for refinery completion. You will expect this to be forward now with direct involvement of Prime Minister.

"New branch of Petrochemical industry" which we look at partnership we think set up with Govt Mongolia & Petro Matad.

Do not know with 100% confirmation what meeting about BUT know do not fly high level MRPAM / MMHI people & Mongol Ambassador in person to Isle of Man for only Petro Matad company incorporation which does not involve them in BIG way.

New oil tenders, PM in country experience, Pushing SC through now with bypass of local govt, Foreign investor drive (which think new company is use for as face of communication).

Maybe US market bit more sensible ;)

Usually US volume small so must understand this when we see price move but maybe also they do not read BB here & know how good investment is one who BUY there.

"With the completion of the oil refinery, Mongolia will be freed from deoe den e on oil & gas imports, A NEW BRANCH OF THE PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY WILL BE CREATED, and there will be a chance to reduce the foreign trade deficit."

"The head of the State Government emphasised that the government is paying attention to the Successful Implementation of this HIGHLY STRATEGIC project"

I will leave this with you but think anyone can apply logic & see what happening / how it impact Petro Matad & link with all Foreign investment work done by Mining Minister & Govt.

Also maybe ask how Petro Matad fit in with NEW BRANCH of Petrochemical industry & New oil block tenders / Xcalibur Multiphysics invitation with direct talk with Prime Minister few week back.
