If they do research they will know. CEO did say they will announce site preparation BEFORE Spud.

Basic research people do not do - why they act with EMOTION and not BRAIN.

Negotiations with MRPAM for new Oli block in phase 1 continue. Round 1 submission date over and "Discussions on the PSC, Proposed work program and fiscal terms COMPLETED"

This mean if all negotiation on DETAILS completed then ready for announcement shortly.

This look like before 2-3 week timeframe for SPUD.

Ministry of Construction & Urban Development should submit to Cabinet BEFORE Velociraptor result.

Ministries will give same feedback so do not expect any delay or time there. Submission Do unentvti Cabibet should be almost identical but from different Ministry.

Expect Velociraptor spud RNS in next 3 week & drill result in 7 week in mid July. LP permission in next 2-4 week base on all Ministry feedback / Docunent structure same.

Buy or not up to you but all same end for LP permission grant.

Delay process but because Ministries already give submission before then submission to Ministry of Covstru tion/Urban Development should be faster.

Now think of Petro Matad / Mongol Govt meeting in Isle of Man. Think can only be to set up new partnership company which will be part of foreign joint venture Operation in Mongolia with company who have in country experience. This is Petro Matad.
