I said expect Cabinet Special Certification which take longer because of Ministry change - when I give timeframe estimate I was 1 day out!

This final permission thru local council can see RNS 'any day' - this is true still and we can expect any day - think update 19th Dec RNS show PROGRESS which is something I say all time.

Remember when someone say "what if this" what if that" and get INVESTMENT PARALYSIS yiu have same people on HE1 before nearly x20 bagger rise over last few day - "what if this, what if that" does not help you make investment decision - better put money in bank.

Better to do( Intelligent) RISK ANALYSIS - I do this with MATD and understand with asset they already have, oil price projection, Govt support & Budinesss strategy very easy to make investment decision - then wait.

Because RNS company making & open up all other Newsflow can ignore "what if, what if" and focus on important points for my investment.

Operational start at Heron covered. If like you say operation do not start then they only need overhead funds with Heron funds still in reserve.

If operation start which we expect we get more flexible options so do not think at all limited funding requirement fur overhead need to be organized so well in advance.

Think anyone who have run businesses can work this sort of details out and why lot of small private investor fall over own feet.

It is 5th Feb today - cash until "at least" end of July.

We do not have Cabinet level permission to get thru now & compensation agreement with herder already finish with cash transfer to MRPAM in Dec.

Also all cash for Heron operations cover and Renewable capex not needed until 2025. Also we know New Blocks will not be develop this year because of EL / EIA for them.

Think any cash raise will be LIMITED and so do not think it needs be so well in advance.

This is just logic 🦉

It looks like GoB will be involve with Solar Power Park and we know this is contingent on Phulbari permission -

Did they play SAFE and negotiate ALREADY? Then probably big discount to price before major part of rise.

If Placing still to come then discount to prevailing price whatever that will be.
