I am BULLISH on GCM opportunity re: PHULBARI DEVELOPMENT!

I am CONFIDENT of NED appointment base on reference to this in RNS 2nd Feb

I do not think DELISTING is option because unlike Polo unrestricted access to capital market will be advantage for GCM moving forward.

What I DO NOT agree with is anonymous poster saying he have inside info about NED appointment - they will be appointed because this is logical & advantage for company.

Discussion on this BB is (usually) very good with EXCELLENT RESEARCH. Does not need HYPE!

I have my holding secure & wait for OFFICIAL news re: NED appointment and price move from this. Should know next week.

First, I hold stock here BUT Header say all and something a lot want to bury as we see this weekend.

We understand Mr Michael Tang CEO did the same for POLO which he had Delisted.

On 24th January we have WH Ireland, the Company's Nominated Advisor saying it will

tender its resignation with IMMEDIATE EFFECT, if the NEDs are not appoinred AND to the satisfaction of WH Ireland.

"If a company ceases to have a Nomad the Exchange will suspend trading in the AIM securities with IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

If a new Nomad is not appointed within a month, thus will result in the Company being DELISTED" - RNS 24th Jan

We also have some supposed 'INSIDER INFO' HYPE from Anonymous BB poster (lol) which many happy to support -

Few week ago everyone talk about how you cannot trust Mr Michael Tang and he engineer DELISTING - Now let us sweep this under carpet for convenience.

I have my own thought on this and GCM investment BUT understand it is ESSENTIAL to get OFFICIAL confirming of company situation.

NOMAD has said in Official statement that company under Threath of DELISTING & anonymous poster has said do not worry all good (??).

I will not be part of any Aim disaster due to reckless posting of Risk and ignoring real & immediate issue before any long term potential.

I will continue to post IF/WHEN NED situation is officially confirmed. Not some info from "a man in the know"

I think many will understand / appreciate this position as responsible one.

If all are "aware" of threath of suspension and delisting then should be no problem if it part of discussion. I bring it up because of anonymous posters saying he have insider info which is the irresponsible posting which should be address - why hasn't anyone? Because it is CONVENIENT!

I did say I hold all my shares - this should indicate my position is one of genuine discussion area.

Maybe will contribute to discussion again when good sense return.Until then my 10:32 post stand.

I have a good holding of shares here at level I can afford if that outcome happen - we know it happen to Tang company Polo Resources

Now I read intel from reliable sources kindly provided by good researched posters here. I can check this info from sources and make INTELLIGENT investment decisions.

When anonymous poster come on BB and say "man in the know" have given them insider info then you understand where EXTREME CAUTION come in - every BB has this sort of person.

Also when we look at posting history we see you ask basic questions to other posters which your "man in the know" should be in position to answer.

My conclusion - fabricated hype which does not serve interests of genuine investor.

This is a good BB so let's be Wise & Responsible 🦉

Elephant in room is still there and one blue day with illiquid share transfer does not point to anything yet.

In meantime I read some excellent research intel from good contributors here BUT will wait for NED news.

NOMAD warning in RNS 3 weeks ago was clear so caution maybe be suitable before all type of hype yet.

This move on SMALL volume so move up or down must accept this. Is something out of bag? Doubt it on volume / price move.

Big question for investor will be risk of DELISTING which RNS of 24th Jan state.

When this is answer then we can move forward but think lot of investor worried about previous Delisting of Polo by GCM Head Man Mr Michael Tang.

Do I hold share? Yes

Will I keep hold? Yes

But also accept CONCERNS & SITUATION as stand now and until cleared up.

Think Cabinet Approval under Project National Importance & Dec 19th RNS progress report / local govt support point to answer to this question very clearly so my plan for company growth / dividend revenue look very good.

When my Dividend payment income stream come in all will be clear with my strategy - no stress with spending life trading in front of screen.

Will find Large Funds / Institutions will replace small holder and company will alsomove into Dividend payment in growth stage.

My understanding is no issue with Ministry of Finance because cash payment is thru official govt body MRPAM and not individual. I think cash transfer have already happen. This is why they knew it would go thru "soon" and this was case I believe.

We just wait for official signings of Land Contract between company & Matad Sum which is any day now - then will be RNS after RNS of Operational progress🦉
