Remember company have two way conversation with Govt and we expect the New Energy Plan to be announce very shortly - (Read RNS Jan 24th & Mr Searcher's excellent research sources).

You understand we expect this will be focus on DOMESTIC COAL PRODUCTION which mean Phulbari very likely to get go ahead.

Production / Revenue Generation will kick lot of traders out while bigger buyers / Funds take positions imo!

Traders dud have advantage with previous delays & beauracracy before - time for INVESTORS coming!

I did learn about this things when I study investment but never use really because I do understand I have INVESTMENT mindset.

Investment have not change - it is probably one of safest investments on AIM (imo) for multiple return and is perfect type investment for someone who want to keep large holding for pension type plan with Capital Growth like Mr Thorngasson also mention.

Petrovis will want ROI and with move into PRODUCTION we will see DIVIDEND Introduction quite soon I think.

Consider if you buy now at this level and maiden dividend of 0.25p per share in 2025 (those who say 2025 early fine but we will see once DQE fast track / low cost development with foreign JVs for New Blocks enter picture).

The Govt is expected to deliver a NEW PLAN - **"IT IS UNDERSTOOD THIS "NEW PLAN" IS TO PRIORITUSE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY'S KNOWN COAL RRSERVES" (along with anticipation of defining new gas reserves)!

About Mr Christians status the post is meant to highlight the 'Interim status' in roles, whichever one it is to maybe understand some reason behind events.

Blind lead blind i think with Investment Law Amendments lol - anyone who follow developments in this understand it have NOTHING to do with Petro Matad LP!

Very strange to see comments & ask why this people do not do or understand basic research / intel.

New Investment Law have many parts but main issue of amendment is definition for people of Land Ownership / Use AND Timeframe.

This is mainly around 60 years to increase to 100 years. Petro Matad permissions all in place and around 25 years. This discussion thru Govt have been going on for months back & forward to Parliament for amendment.

Now BB poster decide to make it issue but does not understand it anyway - no wonder small private investors lose money in Markets LOL!

Petro Matad have no major issue to overcome or anything like this - all this is done - it is just waiting now for final signature thru issuing department.

Header RSI say all - this is HEAVILY OVERSOLD so think when it bounce will be strong one. Is it big issue if timeline prediction bit out of major point is to get all in time for drilling season?

Posters on BB make big noise and no wonder Mr Mike Buck get frustrated also - like RNS say all Central/Local govt, Herder, Matad Citizen group issues sorted, Money sorted & plenty if time to get LP before drilling season start.

First - why is Mr Christian Taylor-Wilknison removed? This is simple. He was never meant to have permanent position as NED.

"Christian Taylor Wilkinson has agreed to act as INTERIM Non-Executive Director" - RNS 15th Sept 2023

This confirm again in Final Results - 29th Jan 2023.

Mr Christian Taylor-Wilkinson was never given permanent NED position. It always remains as Interim.

With understanding of this we can focus on new (permanant) NED positions which should give Shareholders more security and price increase to match.

This news can be expected within next 2 weeks.

Apart from all ECONOMIC FUBDAMENTALS - since recent global developments on energy supply / costs it will be IMPOSSIBLE for Bangladesh to remain competitive without a new Energy policy which rely on DOMESTIC COAL PRODUCTION - this is not maybe - its Inevitable with no alternatives available.

Bangladesh Govt will also be invited under terms to be confirmed to JV partner in project with Solar Power Park (Energy Minister did mention Solar project).

Govt will be "fully functional within the 1st Quarter 2024. The communication is two-way and an overview of what would be expected in the Project Proposal has been shared .

Indications are the Govt is now expecting the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources to deliver a "NEW PLAN" that addresses how the country can negate the economic stress caused by ALMOST TOTALLY DEOENDENCE ON IMPORTED ENERGY PRODUCTS"

My family member did even buy at 3.5p re entry which is still bargain - Why?

Try to buy anything in quantity!

What I do not like is hype with no substance but just "trust me" in post - this have NO place in serious investing. If we all keep this sorts of people back then this BB can stay for ones who want SERIOUS discussion - not usual CIRCUS!

Watch what will happen next week (or around that time) when NED appointment made.

Delisting? Not issue when GoB permission go ahead - OTC market will be red hot and holders will be offered big money to give up stock BUT do not expect this route for reason in 09:53 post.

- Delisting is not in company interest be abuse of point access to financial markets to partner with Power China. Very different case from POLO and do not see this happen.

IF it did also very different from POLO. If we accept Phulbari to go ahead which EVERYTHING point to (including Bangla Govt partnership in Power project) then OTC market for GCM stock wull be RED HOT anyway - no issue with lightly traded shates because they will be in HIGH DEMAND.

Private company (like Power China) can also make offer to buy them which is optional for shareholder to accept or not.

Like I say do not see Delisting as real route forward for company but if it did happen shareholder would not be in any vulnerable position because of DEMAND for stock OTC.

We expect Statement on Energy Policy Change in coming few weeks & NED appointment by next week.

This is logical approach using known facts and NOT any indication of insider info hype which BBs should NEVER accept - that is dangerous for all REAL shareholders.
