If Govt try to "save oil for Refinery" (Lol) they lose nearly 45% revenue to Govt from PSC. Why? To save oil?

Now we have Cabinet Approval of Special Certification and under Project of National Importance - what does this mean? CANNOT be blocked.

Last year local government AGAINST Petro Matad and drilling.

This year they have full support (check detail of Dec 19th RNS and issues to land acess agree in luding Herder compensation .
