People will understand strategy for Fast track & low cost Heron development of 7,000-9,000 bbl a day BUT this is only start.

Toson Uul have estimate 3 BILLION bbl which they have plan to develop "in parallel with Heron" and this is where DQE JV come in again.

Then NEW BLOCKS whichbthry look at next to known assets so this details should come out very soon.

Then of course many expect early TAKEOVER offer from Petro China if above not enough - with this or without this we can see how RNS catalyst will KEEP PRICE MOVING for other developments OPETATIONAL & SPECULATION ones like Petro China takeover - Operational is enough on own for multiple of multiple rise.

You are right about HE1 example but MATD have MUCH better case for ongoing rise & company development / shareholderr value.
