Lot in RNS and veey exciting time for shareholders -

Progress in-line with Strategy:

"The Govt is now expecting the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources to deliver a "NEW PLAN" that address how the country can negate the economic stress caused by being almost totally dependent on imported energy products.

It is understood the "new plan" is to PRIORITISE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY'S KNOWN COAL RESERVES" (and exploration of new gas reserves).

There is 2 way communication / negotiation going on with Govt and done very positive indications now as Govt get "settled in".

Read RNS as lots there which fit in with BB discussion on economic base decision-making factors and Company / Govt direction for Govt part ownership on Power Park which is contingent on Phulbari Coal go ahead!

We should expect Energy Minister "New Plan" in Q1 2024 and think all holder now very excited for future & feeling fortunate to hold GCM stock.

I am and will look for me as feel report derisk investment significantly and keeping massive upside potential ROI.

With vape ban inthinkmis very obvious what will happen here. This does not take genius BUT highlight why so many Aim stock such big gambles - also explain why so many small invetor LOSE money - gamblers usually lose.

Stock which have good funding AND proven asset are only way to invest in this type of shares IMHO.

Well done with your one where now look like asset discovery. Same with my one which HAVE asset & now look at transformational RNS due now to completely RE-RATE.

BUT

Think we can all have sympathy for fellow small investor who lose money even if lot is own responsibility for choices in PF.

INVESTMENT focus 🦉

Mr YouKnowItsRight - this is my thought with Mr Tang trying to control price rise short term. Problem is lot of people will understand changing economic landscape & what this mean for growing shareholder sentiment.

Mr Searcher - everything show (very clearly) where this MUST go. Bangladesh rely on MANUFACTURUNG base to support economic revival. When energy price go up like this then CANNOT be competitive in global market. I did mention IMF conditions before and Bangladesh critical Foreign exchange reserve - no one can make 1 +1 = 3 (not even Hasina).

Economic direction CLEAR & ACCELERATING and this should direct investor to what is (really) happening & decisions around GCM.

Back to my other (main) investment which I will not mention (mr ManuDave lol).

GCM Board agreed drawdown (ref 28th Nov RNS) - Funds not transfer FROM Polo.

Tang hold Executive positionin both company and often most obvious reason is correct one (explain this in 26th Jan post 14:45).

Conclusion: much better position then original funding RNS in Nov 2023 at price around 70% premium to price at time 1.65p v 0.95p (and Drawdown still in place at bavkup financing option).

Will not say Tang You to Michael yet but think he make very good financial call on behalf of company / shareholders.

GVM situation quite different from POLO but we all watc developments with critical eye. At this moment quiet confidence in direction of changing political / economic situation and investment in GCM for major price move that reflect this.

Mr Shatebare do not read it same way as you lol - i read £500K subscription share + Allenby Warrants but happy to be corrected.

As you say good result on few level:

- Company manage £500K instead of Drawdown £300k they originally go for.

- Drawdown still in reserve if needed

- Share price was 1p when last Drawdown agreed. With price rise over shirt timeframe company did manage to arrange funding at 1.65p (good move to set aside drawdown for new & larger funding package).

With Bangladesh Foreign Reserve / Energy (with associated manufacturing base impact) situation heading for catastrophe I expect fast developments in next few months leading to May cash timeframe.

I expect share price will be much higher by this time but also with good security of STILL having last Drawdown option in place.

Management actually look like they play this really well 🦉

Yes we ALREADY have oil and fully funded and route to fast track / low cost development!

This will make whatever happen at other share price rise look small and with all other RNSs we expect 🦉

Will Be goodbye to smaller investor as Institutions will take over soon - watch🦉
