- Immediate concern all talking about at time was fundraise - AGM give confirmation if funds into 2025 + Petrovis drawdown if needed then.

- Confirm Agreement with Locals for Plan A land access permission AND good dialogue with protestors re: disinfirmation to locals

*My opinion locals know all this but little bit greedy - also understand what we expect Central Govt to do after election in Plan B Special Certification.

- Confirm Central Govt can just "order local governor" - important point because done dud say local governor have power to stop. CANNOT but Ce teal Govt also understand big drilling / operational window for 2024 so no oroblem to wait until after election.

*Problem for Plan A local permission for this is locals may lose many 'benefits' and why I expect Plan A Agreement sign before election.

Agree or not with what I say but think most can see / underatand Hysteria coming from few usual suspects here and for what reason? Thsy expect big uplift in price shortly so games will be played!

5 year delay? - Lot of that happen because of Global pandemic calls COVID. If people want to discuss delay they should also include this point - I think this is reasonable also.

Have there been delays? Yes but if we discuss this we should look at detail to understand investment without just Emotion / Hysteria.

Think Mr Thorngasson always make most important point - Incremental progress and end point ROI.

Let us be honest - if people REALLY think Petro Matad will not develop Heron they will not still be here - think all honest ones understand this without discussing this point further.

We have Plan A local authority permission which is Agreed BUT still need signing. Frustrating but is how it is at present.

We have Plan B - Special Certification of land which need final local governor approval which he has not given yet BUT which Central Govt can order .

Why will they not? Probably wait until after election which is why I think Plan A local signature will be before.

Veey simple - I do not bother to post lot of my research now. VERY confident of outcome but ones who hold hold & others do whatever they want.

I have 7 figure shares investment for reason and when I see post like Mr Manro with 'compensation scheme' for shareholders & Mr Professional acting like Child and asking people to meet up to sort them out - I understand lot of this waste of time.
