DQE - do not need them. Field development / Growth will be thru production revenue BUT will not be FAST TRACK which DQE partnership advantage

PC - Mr Buck ask this question direct in previous interview and he say he have "no issues" with this. Something about long relationship with them and understanding of all issues. Also "MRPAM on both sides of negotiation" so does not see any problem with this part.

What Intel do we Know?

- DQE approach Petro Matad for JV deal ("unsolicited approach" is what Mr Mike Buck say)

- Also we understand Contract terms agreed & with Head office

- There is GOOD REASON and DQE ADVANTAGE to approach Petro Matad with field development / offtake component deal.

Think we all can understand that when we look to get Local Agreement (which is not common) and other issue then better not to promote Petro China link.

Also explain in correspondence I did get why they mention "sensitive issues".

Do not know but like I say do think Local Sum Approval BEFORE election & SSC will be AFTER election!

DQE approach Petro Matad for partnership and not other way around. We know all negotiation done and only need final signature which I think come on LP Agreement signing - why not mention it? Because DQE sister company of Petro China do will not help at this sensitive time.

In meantime Petro Matad carry on arrangements with Contractors for start of 2024 operations. 💰

I top up at 7p but also have stick from under 2p - for me all intel since first buy improve investment picture so top up at 7p no oroblem even if price lower now.
