Election / Political information & very large majority for current Central Govt party - (post 5th May 06:54).

Expecting Local Mata Sum permission shortly - in meantime Petro Matad continue preparation with Contractors to start Operational process for DRILLING SEASON 2924. 🦉

All this 'news' turn volume right up & start to build up clear messages so not just 'noise!'

Give more info to help position size of holding which for me give confidence to increase.

Mr Buck say company who start legal action in 2018 are still in legal process BUT to be fair think this will be more clear & shorter for Petro Matad - they have Cabinet Approval and overlap issue clear in PSC signing date v Provincial council overlap status.

Petro Matad have clear EIA position for Ecology protection & work close with local & Provincial level (with Petrovis support).

Also last General Election ruling party MPP (Mongolian Peoples Party which is different from Mongolian Peoples Revolutionary Party) took 44.9% of votes against next position DP who take 24.4%.

This is what Mr Buck means by "large majority" even though Petro Matad "apolitical" and expect no change in Govt or support if there is change.

*Dornod - MPP have 26 seat v DP 8 seats (Central Govt ruling party have more then X3 support in Dornod).

Both will get job done - Plan B is best!

Plan B (SSP State Special Permission or SSC State Special Certification) - Central Govt can just order Local governor because can OVERIDE any land overlap issue. Only thing they cannot overide is previous SSC.

Why do they not just overide local governor now? Might look bad to electorate and after election still give plenty of time for drilling season operations - they want drilling operations / PSC revenue THIS year.

Plan A (Local LP) - They have Agreement already with local Mata Sum (by big majority) and this is with historic issue of local Sum giving permission. WHY? Local Sum get many 'benefits' and are some voluntary royalty agreement involve.

Local Sum know about all issues protestor bring up - nothing new so 'disinformation' just excuse really to try to get but more from company (day before protestor turn up they get 132 Tonnes fuel, feedstock & other stuff).

Local Sum understand with SSP local LP permission NOT needed & also this will come after election. Will also mean they miss out on extra 'benefits' to them.

They understand this very well & why I expect timing for them will be soon and BEFORE Elections.

Local governor trying to get better deal from Central Govt for Dornod Aimag where 95% of oil is from.

Mr Mike Buck specifically did mention this and say does not feel it is anything personal.

Ce tral Govt can just "order" local governor but with election coming up they careful how this will look - I expect it straight after election (Govt have big majority at this time) and easily in time for 2024 Drilling Season.

This is why I expect Local Permission before because local Mata Sum get lot of 'benefits' and good Intel by Mr Master today do suggest this.

I hold comfortably & do suggest listening to Presentation before getting disturbed maybe.
