Is HEX as OVERSOLD as HE1 was?

This is important question to ask if you want to compare. Look how much HE1 did go Down before rise up on discovery.

Think that give people something to think about without Ramp or Deramp.

Think more straight & solution more straight when we look at all info -

- Mata Sum representatives vote in BIG majority to support land access agreement (they already know issues with Petro China)

- Mr Mike Buck say Petrovis iñvolve day to day & this is how Mata Sum get 132 Tonnes of Fuel (21st March)

- Eco group visit Mata Sum 22nd March and my opinion think this just very convenient with disinformation for Mata Sum to try to ask for bit more (remember big majority vote in favour).

- Think all sides understand SSP (probably) happen after election. This still give plenty of time for Drilling Season Operations and we also get confirming that Central Govt can just order local governor. Why do they not now? Election. Will they after? YES!

- This helpnus to understand Mata Sum in favour of Agreement and will look to do this BEFORE Election and this really could be any time 'disinformation' address & Mata Sum satisfy they can or cannot get anything extra. Do not think this conversation takes long now but understand why mr Buck say "do not deserve more"

- I was please with AGM intel feedback & very confident in developing events in Shareholder favour.

*Positive dialogue with protestors also help .

Now we have Mr Buck confirming what I did say about level of Debt funding for Renewables (with other BESS project get 90% bank loan + grants also).

He also mention "Huge" projects in pipeline and also use term "HUGE" for New Oil Blocks + as part of already PRODUCING Basin.

This just confirm what I understand about Massive Capital Growth / Company development for Petro Matad & major Shareholder value.

"Good income streams" which you mention depend what you mean. Some "HUGE" projects in pipeline and I do suspect this is China energy export base.

Have been very busy with my MATD holding but Header say ALL!

- Excellent Intel research (again) with mention of Phulbari

- Locals on board this time with main activists 'CHASED AWAY' when visiting area

- Project Proposal included Bangla Govt partnership component

- Major China partner move to Contract

- Etc etc etc

We understand Bangladesh Govt have NO real alternative & EVERYTHING point to Phulbari go ahead (even Energy Minister direct interview). Also likely Project Proposal in when we look at timeline & official notification shortly.

Share price opportunity now look VERY READY romoush back up with major placing shares churn & back to tightening of free float situation.

I did take advantage to pick up more stick as part of Accumulation strategy & expect NT Buy issues to be back as problem for ones trying to do same.

Buy hold sell does not matter - ALL Logic / Infi / Direct Company & Country Intel point same way!

One thing confirm for me yesterday is how much effort & brilliant strategy we have for Petro Matad to develop into Major Energy player in region with Oil & rapid growth / high margin / Easily funded Renewable arm.

Mr Buck explain about Land access points, Funding secure & other logistic / development points.

Just some quick reference if helpful -

Renewable Funding - arnd 27 min & 48 min - Large Debt funding component more easily available (we see that in 90% debt funding for other BESS project) & maybe any remaining at SunSteppe Corporate level and not Petro Matad equity level.

- Mongolian Company (arnd 48 mins) - yes PM registered abroad but recognize as Mongolian Company with PSCs held in MONGOLIAN ENTITIES!

Also recent "positive interactions" with environmentalists - this is probably part of "addressing disinformation" for final Agreement signature we expect for Plan A & why they focus totally on Petro China only.

Dividends (2nd mention and 36 mins) - some people on BB laugh at this because PM do not produce yet (this is where OPPPRTUNITY is obviously) BUT Mr Buck understand this will be where Company go with production conditions of course.

Election (arnd 33 mins) - Petro Matad deal with Mongolian Agencies in 'A political' way and do not see issue with other political parties even though present Govt have big majority.

Petrovis - they help & involve on daily basis.

Funding - Cash secure into 2025 & also have unused Petrovis drawdown facility in place extra to this

This just CONFIRM my opinion of excellent investment prospect of Petro Matad & clever ones will see Price Growth opportunity BEFORE company transition to PRODUCER and massive growth / well funded sector of RENEWABLES.

Like some other intelligent investiors like Mr Thorngossin & others think this prove wisdom of ACCUMULATION STRATEGY and in face of whatever disinformation/ games some usual suspects play here.

I answer this Question first because Mr Buck very clear on it - Central Govt Sate Special Purpose order override ANY issue including Overlap. Only thing it cannot overide is other SSP order.

This means Central Govt can order local governor and local governor can give NO objection.

Also mean no future Govt can interfere with SSP order which Petro Matad have for Block XX.

We are just at start of 2024 drilling season and this is what I expect is back up for Plan A local approval signature & why all statements preparing for drilling season with contractors.

I expect this will be used after election if Plan A is not in place (which expect will be if you listen to comment on recent talks with environmentalists).

Central Govt, MMHI, MRPAM, Land Agency all support Drilling 2024 AND most important can OVERIDE local governor whatever his reasons is!
