Mr Nasrul Hamid, Minister of State for Power, Energy & Mineral Resources met with Japan's financing agency JICA couple of days ago.

Like mention before JICA have big concern about Bangladesh ability to repay loans & want answers from Govt.

He discuss about New Investment Plan for Energy & Investments / Proposals in Energy sector INCLUDING proposal for Solar Power Plants.

We know GCM / Power China proposal has Solar Power Plant which have Govt JV component and CONDITIONAL on Phulbari.

Not difficult to see & with understanding that FX/Energy crisis will cripple manufacturing base & Country with ability to repay one if biggest creditors - JICA!

First - let us be honest. Volumes quite low & low number of shares means big price moves for low volume.

This will work FOR us when buyers start to pile back in on any price push recovery or RNS.

Timeline - Project proposal look like was April, EVERY indication for go ahead so RNS can come any day. Especially with JICA who need Govt level report in few days!!

Also you will understand RNS can come any time & GCM is GENUINE triple figure stock - Upside is better then anything really.

Maybe think of covering yourself with STAGGER BUYING (maybe 50% now, then 25% at other price and 25% again).

It is your money so do what you feel is right but think lot will sleep better like this with knowledge at least they are cover for RNS - some VERY good researchers here and INTEL can come even before RNS!

JICA Investigative Mission taking place now and end on 21st May.

It is there to look forward not "Govt plans to settle Outstanding loans & Bank risks"

"requesting anonymity, a related official told TSB that after receiving the queries of the JICA mission, the preparation for the answer is underway with cooperation of OTHER MINISTERIES" - Energy Ministry feedback will be key to this.

Economics - IMF conditions default is IMMEDIATE problem & just manage to escape last one by $5Bn emergency China loan.

Will not be able to keep doing that & look like June condition will be miss also unless they can offer IMF solution to Energy export / FX crisis NOW!
