Think main thing is right people ARE aware of Petro Matad but we have been they process of Legal reform / Beauracracy procedure setting ex Exploitation Licence process and others.

Legal big ones was Land Laws and Investment Laws.

This is why I say in original post (07:04) that now this changes in place we are at right at point of launch where we get maximum benefit because Petro Matad see this thru.

Was not going to do post but header say all & good time to have really close look - this is difference between emotional PI running around without heads and more calculating investor.

- FUNDED INTO 2025 (with Petrovis drawdown option also) - Oil will not go away so cash situation should help you to not explode with misery - if stress to much or you do not believe cash position - SELL!

- We have Block XX asset (proven oil) & also extension into est 3 Bn proven & producing Toson Uul basin

- As Mining Minister say difficult to get foreign investment (no surprise with beauracracy) but rule changes happening and PM well position - when Foreign companies come in I 5hink a LOT of JV partnerships / Opportunities for Petro Matad.

- Domestic Company view by Govt (and look like people now with dialogue)

- 2 "Huge Blocks" which are part of Proven basins

- Renewables with multiple, easy access funding options ( check full AGM presentation & major BESS financing structure by ADB).

- Cabinet Approve State Special Certification (will discuss)

- Local Sum Agreement ( will discuss).

2 point above is critical to understand because Priority - land access to start operations for OIL PRODUCTION.

This is main point - some people argue 'we will never get oil'. This argument does not make ANY sense but has help price to get so low. Country WANT & NEED oil and Mining Minister interview is just another confirming of this.

Problem has been beauracracy & old laws that needed to change (with some COVID we can throw in).

Where we REALLY are if you block out 'Hysterics' is right on point of Oil Production / Revenue go ahead (and with well funded position) - this is where some are trying to convince you to Sell!

Petro Matad look at 2 New Oil Blocks which part of huge already proven & producing basins.

Block XX will need to be in production to develop these (unless part of foreign JV).

PSC losses to Central Govt until Block XX in production.

Can see how pieces fit together to service Refinery and also how does not make sense at all when people say 'Govt save the oil for refinery' lol!

When you can see bigger picture, strategy, developments - not difficult investment to see (imo) 🦉

BBC Bengal article 28th April (will link to now) - 'Struggling to Meet IMF Loans Conditions - the concerned authorities are struggling to meet conditions for getting loans from the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Bank loan interest rates have already increased as part of meeting these conditions.

A set of conditions have to be fulfilled to avail the third installment exemption.

It has been urged to reduce subsidy of electricity & gas. The reduction of subsidy in these two sectors means the price of electricity and gas will have to be increased again"

And BOOOM - Japan Int Cooperation Agency (JICA) a major development partner of Bangladesh has enquired about the Governments plans to settle outstanding loans of Govt & State-Owned entities.

The JICA team will ask numerous questions during the visit.

The team will want to know if state-owned enterprises and public banks are at risk."

Will be interesting to see how Bangladesh credit rating going to be affected if they cannot give New Energy Plan which can address FX Crisis from Imported energy - which lead to all other economic pressure.

I did read report on latest IMF near default and country cannot keep getting emergency loans from China without addressing cause.
