Hi Folks, I didn't have any problems when using the online system although there are clearly sometimes issues. TBH, my 83 year old Mother has struggled to get the Tesco online shopping right, and believe it or not it's not always the system's fault. I'm sure it can be improved, as can customer service, although this is true of every company I interact with. Utility companies, anyone?
