This has to be a great buy at the moment just like oil was a year ago. A historic div yield of about 12% or do, no debt, plenty of cash, houses selling well, house prices up a good slug balancing out building costs, no obvious sign that houses will no longer sell. Yes, volumes may suffer due to staff shortages but they can slow down land purchases for a while, and yes, dividend might drop to £2 a share. Oh dear! Inflation as good for this sp in the medium term as any other. Current sp should be £30 but so much manipulation by hedge funds, Blackrock, venture capitalists etc. Take the divs, hold and wait. And buy more shares at this price if you can...
