In my humble opinion, the U.S., under it's current administration, is losing trust on multiple fronts. It will take a lot of time and effort to reverse the damage.

On the pharmaceutical front, the vaccine committee overhaul for the pharmaceutical Industry is causing considerable concern:

It's almost two months before second quarter results on 30th July - hopefully, assuming Trump doesn't throw a spanner in the works, things will look better.
