Indeed, the German Company are the developers, the German Company raises the finance.
With the prospect of a Return On Capital of 15 percent of more, the German Company should have
no problem in raising the money, it just takes a bit of time to get organized. I foresee the German
Company preparing a clear investment plan, with which they canl come to the market for a listing
and raising shareholders capital. With an investment plan that looks right, there will be no shortage
of investors wanting to buy into the shares at the Initial Public Offering. Hey presto -15% return on
capital in the offing, that income underwritten/backed by German Government Renewable Energy
scheme(s). What matters most at this stage for RED shareholders is that RED's management
has been approached for a commitment to get potentially geared up to manufacture/provide the
huge number of storage machines required for the envisaged large projects.
That is how I see it, and I would think my reasoning is not far of the mark.
