Today's massive fall here is not justified. INSE will survice the Corona crisis better than most, IMHO.

Gerry - I said 'quite safe', no stock is 100% safe. Having said that, I feel comfortable with RGL because there is jolly good rental income from sound fixed assets. Even if rental income halved, it would still be acceptable income.

I view Regional Reit as a quite safe dividend cash cow.

Rivaldo - That is excellent news. Surprised at there being no RNS from INSE, it is an important deal.

I can visualize many a company suffering a knock or two from the virus-situation in China and its potential worldwide spread, but I certainly cannot see INSE being adversely affected in any way.

'Great Confidence'. just those two words in the trading statement provide much certainty that 2010 will be good!

Somehow I can see the share price gradually working its way up to around 25p, where it belongs, IMO.

Share price is likely to rise substantially over time, as current price 113.5p does not reflect Company's performance.

CFO sells most of his option shares, not exactly a powerful vote of confidence?

Related Party transactions need not be bad, but nonetheless can negatively affect shareholders' confidence.

Never forget that Directors like anyone else have home responsibilities, like young families, mortgages, school fees etc. , so not always much cash to spare for share-purchases.

Re my message dated 29/10/19 (off-topic), I am pleased to confirm that he share price at BXP has risen nicely - and looks set to go on rising. Overlooked and seriously undervalued as yet, I.M.O.
The share price here at AMS seems reluctant to rise above 250p, I think we need await how good next Results are before we see significant movement.

I cannot think of a better long term hold share than this one. Can anyone else think of a better long term hold?

RESULTS out today show fantastic progress. EPS up from 5.57p last year to 6.9p this year (translated), a rise of 20% !
What's there not to like.

More profitable growth ahead, facilities in place.

For diversification, I put some of my money on BXP, I expect good returns short/medium/long term.

EPS growing at 20% to 6.9p. Dividend yield almost 4%. Yet share price just 35p. That won't last!
