Looks to me that the price is based on a single half year good profit.

There was a substantial loss last year! Without a historic profit pattern visible (going back a few years), we cannot assume that H2 this year will mirror H1.

Indeed, £22m does look overpaid, IMHO.

I particulartly like the following paragraph in today's |Trading Statement:
"From in investmentpthe perspecive, the Company's actvities take place within a sector that has very low correlationto the broader economy or equity market movements and benefits from 100% government funding...etc".
Rents could in my view not be more secure than 100% Government Funding, thus making share in CSH a safe investment in the turbualent times we are living in, IMHO.

The chunky rise in the share price this afternoon is clearly on the assumption that the Oxford-vaccine will get the go-ahead (licenced/approved), but we can not be sure of that just yet.

With the share price well of its peak and currently at a favourable lowly value of just 103p, the annual dividend return has to look attractive to anyone seeking a decent and safe return on capital, IMHO. At least for part of my funds, I belong to that latter catefory. I gravely object to be exposed to the ridiculously low bank account interests.

I consider the shares here safe. Tenants will pay the rent or get the rent paid for them (Social Housing).
So unlikely to see much in the way in defaults. IMHO.

Markets are starting to woble. It only surprises me insofar that it happens so late in the crisis.
In these unstable circumstances, APH is a relativley safe bet, one of the safest in my view.

I have read the RNS three times, I find it difficult to understand what has been agreed. It seems to me that BXP has to make an upfront payment towards the development costs of the vaccine in order to obtain the distribution rights for Bangladesh but that there can be no certainty or assumption that the vaccine will be a successful one which can be licenced for use , and no certainly that the Bangladesh Goverment will finance stockpiling for evenytual use should the vaccine turn out to be good.

Now that tjhe share price has reached 30p+, the likelyhood of 50p+ has become a realistic prospect, IMHO.
Should the Company live up to its promises, then 50p may look small fry in the not too disatant future.
Not for grannies maybe, but deserving attention I would say.

Unless the next figures are good and upbeat, the share price il likely to loiter around the 210p mark, IMHO.
AMS is a long time favourite of mine, but for the time being a I have greater hopes for APH where the share price is facourable low at the moment, IMHO.

Further to my previous message, I want to stay that I have looked hard for some time for a safe good value stock with sound future prospects despite the Corona Crisis. I believe APH fits nicely. I bought the other day and I topped up twice since. I reckon a Target Price in the range of 80p to 90p is appropriate here. Give it a while and let's see if I am right. I bought for long term hold.

I would say that the future of APH looks safe, indeed bright. Medicines will be in demand whatever
the economic consequences of Covid-19. Chairman's substantial purchase in June at 77.7p was for a safe place for his money, not to throw money away At 77.7p the shares were relatively cheap, which means at current price 70p very cheap.

But would this help to increase profits for IQE?

Share price dramatically low. At 72p now at somewhere near 50% discount to net asset value Government announcement today promising help to all businesses with rents and business rates, should calm the the situation here.
