My holding has been so devalued by one thing and another .. the only thing it good for now is the capital gain offset .. that it will afford when either I sell or the company goes pop.. I will hold on as long as I can as my long term investment will need another 3-5 years to bear fruit in the mean time .. I will tell it as I see it on here .. to highlight the failings of this lot to potential new investors

It’s called playing the game …I guess .. but would not invest in any company any of these so called directors were involved in. And didn’t invest in them here ..but unfortunately the ones before had been to the same school of bad management. It seems ……. Imho

JP’s rainbow chasing and his total lack of money/ cost management create the massive dilution were are saddle with today. It was quite obvious that funds would need to raised to move this project forward. And that would be expensive in terms of dilution as the share price is so low. Graham has done a great job considering what he was left with when he walked through the door. The sh-t show before is where all the blame lies . Terrible strategy’s formulated by some of worst management a company could ever have the miss fortune have.. IMHO

Brad that’s not entirely true as the hydrogen/carbon project is in partnership so is not a 100% own by Tlou … surely ?

I believe in the product ..but not CEO and that’s the worry … he’s done nothing to install any confidence as far as I can see….. And from a far it seems like weak management and bad strategy’s …unfortunately!

I think the fact that they haven’t mentioned the hydrogen/ carbon delay in any formal info suggests it was never the focus and more of a side line in the short term to keep things interesting . Yes and may be the carbon credits will become significant in the future . But for FFS let’s get on with the main business first . The share price is where it is because of all the delays… and whilst there is a belief it will come good based on the original project and the demand for power. Hence the majority of holders are holding… There can’t be many if any that aren’t under water and have been for some considerable time….never a great feel and is probably trying the patience of most if not all. So let get this project going full steam ahead get power into the grid and start the revenue push .. rather than keep destroying share capital through rights issues etc…. TG time to prove your not a has been..‘let’s go’ Tlou ….your shareholders are waiting

A strategy written by a student with no real detail and a fantasy repositioning in a far off land. These guys are good it’s no wonder they a get the big bucks! In other words nothing new other than a pipe dream timeline !

May be they cut them in half on arrival probably easier to transport in longer lengths .. once cut they will also be easier to manoeuvre and sink

Trouble is Budd seem thinks it fine……To keep shareholders in the Dark about anything to do with sales or even the lack of … but sings like a lark when he is looking for funding,! It’s not how the AIM works and he needs to realise he is not the Messiah he’s a very naughty boy

After the PCR and to some point POC covid test failure. It always was going to be a slow burn to get the share price going up in the right direction. I would say most of the rainbow chasers have left the building now. And those left are in it for the long hall . Medical products and tests are never a quick sell and take time to get implemented. Especially into the NHS and to a point other health care systems around the world. The ALHL is a great product and there is definitely a need for this product globally . It’s cost effective and will save health services or health insurance companies many millions removing the need for on-going care due to deafness. It’s now up to Budd to earn his salary along with the new sales and marketing team at GDR . They will also have to make sure third party sales teams are pushing this product in the right way to the right people! They have had enough time now to up date the market with the story so far .. over to you Budd “let’s be having you”

It’s such a same that the f .. wits before wasted so much of the companies capital chasing rainbows. This has a had such a detrimental effect on the companies abilities to monetise what gas they do have. It is beyond me how they were able to get away with a scatter cash approach on the marketing and head count fronts ( including excessive salaries ) without actually discovering any gas in their own right.. certainly. Not good stewardship of a PLC that’s.for sure. I am amazed that some are still actively involved in some business at the board level..

Also nothing JP mention ever came to pass let alone a phone system ……..the guy was an out and out .-.-.- !! iMHO

It was obviously “shareholders” —- highly unlikely to have said shell…….. holders because that makes no sense

I bet this action will never see moneys coming back to AST .. it will drag on for years and even when they win which they should, there’s no guarantee the Slovenian’s will pay up ! IMHO

Covid hasn’t gone away ..but the attitude to it has changed! There’s no doubt GDR produce great products .. what is in doubt is whether they can monetise them. Budd has yet to show any route to market I don’t see the point in development if you don’t cash in on them! PD is all well and good ..but it needs to be paid for by creating a pipeline of products not selling the family silver each time you need some cash

Personally I think, Budd’s lack of comment on sales on any of the products on offer this morning . Show’ s how little head way has been achieved in the area. I am not sure he has the tools to achieve this in great numbers at all. Sales driven people shout about it at every opportunity. And his silence is deafening. He’s to reliant on 3rd party’s and that the weakness in this company. Poor show if you ask me !

I'm sure the board especially TG read this board, to again the vastly superior knowledge and business acumen that Donkey offers. After all how else are they going to be successful in Botswana without his input...

"The BOD are the only ones making money" this seems to be a pattern with most of the companies some these directors are involved in. High Salaries, options and bonuses for part time rolls. With little or no progress in terms of shareholders value (share price) IMHO .................Money for nothing as Dire Straits would say
