Personally I think the share price would react better with multiple RNS's but I know that won't happen. AEX can only RNS as and when ARA let them, they hold all the cards so I think we'll get 1 decent RNS soon, ARA must have a bit of compassion as they know that AEX shareholders will want some info for the AGM.

That was different, companies were allowed to defer for a month due to Covid restrictions. They are currently in breach as per the rules.

Financial period was until Dec 31st 2022 so we are less than 21 days until an AGM needs to be announced (6mths after reporting period) Unless I'm missing something?

Yes but they need to let us know a minimum of 21 days prior to end of 6mth period of the agm. Which has now passed

The Minister of Energy, January Makamba today presented to Parliament the Estimates of Income and Expenditure of the Ministry of Energy for the Year 2023/2024 where one of the things he said in his speech.

"The Government through TPDC will continue to implement the Natural Gas Pipeline Construction Project from Ntorya to Madimba in Mtwara region. The goal of this project is to increase the production of natural gas to meet the growing demand in the country"

£20k may appear to be a big single buy but not all pi's get offered that amount of shares in one go so you'll probably find that some of today's trades will be several buys from a single pi adding to over £20k.
A couple of weeks ago I moved some money around and bought over 3 million in 2 days (about 6 trades). I actually got a better quote buying in 500k tranches than 1m tranches.

Eclipse is part of the Zubairs. They hold 1.3 billion AEX shares for the Zubairs, essentially ARA. So not only do ARA have 75% of the Ruvuma licence (soon) they also own 25% of aminex which puts them in a good position to takeover AEX if the story turns out good and others come sniffing.

I've looked for hrs online over the weekend and couldn't find any indication construction has started or even if a company has been awarded the contract. To be ready for Oct is getting tight for construction and commissioning. Hopefully things do move swiftly.

Is it possibly something that could be seen using satellite images as it progresses??
