Who would of thought it this time last year. We are about to have the 28th Lancaster offload, enough to wipe out bondholders debt and leave a healthy amount of unrestricted cash, 4 months before the deadline.

I bet the bondholders and some of the board are spewing over this. Well I say, get it right up you's, you bunch of walloped!

As per Crystal Amber's last RNS, what they have invested and what profit they have released over the years is the same ~£40 million. So they are in for a free ride. They stated their current average is ~6p from memory not 14p.

Crystal Amber have released profits of £43M and now they have told us that there average is 6.7p with the shares they own, they have ~£40M invested (29%). So they basically have a free ride now!

It should be on one of the RNS's i would of thought. Don't have time at present to trawl through them. You may be right.

I don't think pump 2 has ever been used as this needs an ROV to switch over. Hence why pump 1 was down for a few days before being restarted.

No, it was 9900 on Dec 16th and 9500 Feb 14th

Looking at previous operational updates, Production seems to be dropping by 200 bls a month and water cut increasing by just over 1% per month. Not bad going!

So can CA continue to buy shares past the threshold, then make an offer of the highest sp in last 12mths as per the code, watch it get rejected and continue to keep buying? Or is 30% the maximum they can own?

Oil now over $93! If oil hits $100 then Hur will net almost $40M per lifting, taking ~$25 lifting costs into consideration.

The esp has been on now for best part of a year, according to previous rns's. It was briefly off with an issue but soon fixed.

you have not factored in lift costs of circa $23. so based on your $78 oil price we would only get $55

$46m would be great if it was free to lift!

Golden, latest figures are Kerogen hold circa 16% so it would take quite some time to purchase shares to get anywhere near CA's 28-29% shares ownership and the shares would have to be available to buy. They are around 240m shares short of matching CA. But i think there could be something in CA just sitting on the threshold, incase any sneaky dealings are done. The sooner the bonds are paid the better!

The last offload was 30th Nov and was 535,000bbls. The production rate as of 14th Dec was 9,900bopd.

So say the current rate of production is c9,750bopd, it would take 62 days to fill to max capacity from empty (604,478). 62 days would take us to Jan 31st

There is now way the tanks would of been emptied on Nov 30th and there is no way they would risk filling beyond say 500,000 without having arranged an offload. So unless the production rates are less than 9,750 we unfortunately will have to sell the next offload at the price at the start of the January ($77.50). losing out on c$4M by a couple of days.
