Your right but most of the SCE testing as per C&E's will have been tested well before the AM was even onsite, you don't need oil to carry that out, a HIPPS level switch can be filled with diesel or water to prove functionality back to the ESD panel. Once oil is introduced, individual systems will have to be tweaked to suit plant conditions.

The Aoka Mizu Port symbol appears to be about 10km to the east of the buoy co-ordinates

Is anyone of the opinion that hookup could take place as soon as she arrives? I was always of the assumption that it had to be <2m swell but have read <3m in a recent article. Just seems odd to leave this early for the WW starting midnight Tuesday to sit for 48hrs?

If only the weather was as nice in WOS as it is here on the EOS, flat calm sea, I'm getting a cracking view of the TO Leader from where i'm standing. I'll be watching for movement on that front soon

I have mobilised offshore again and have the TO Leader in my sights, I'll update if i see any movement or tugs along side, although im sure the ship watchers among us will spot it quick enough!

I can confirm that I can see the TO Leader for Ninian South, super eyesight is not required! I can see the Norweign sector on a crisp day. Not only can I see it I watched it arrive with the tugs. Also clearly visible!
