The interims in August should show us how much we’ve been receiving each month from River / YA as the payments for the 14 million shares issued. Remember, this monthly figure was to repay the 1.5 million draw down from the mezzanine loan.

Given the SP calculation basis , we are going to be a long way short of recouping the funds to repay the loan , so not only have they issued shares but then to top up with revenue.

One final point, whilst Fooler was keen to re-emphasise the double digit revenue growth he didn’t mention the annual double digit growth in shares in issue for each of the last number of years.

Wonder if Fooler will redraw his share price graph ?

Looking again at the presentation after yesterday’s embarrassing and lame investor webinar, one of the graphs stands out.

Page 11 has a very basic line graph showing trajectory of managed services versus tech side of the business and shows a clear rise up on the tech side and a straight back down. Was this the spike of sales announced a couple of months back only to fall off again, clearly showing that they’ve not managed to win business at that level since.

The loan note holders aren’t going to convert at 10p with the price here, and Fooler can’t get a placing away sub nominal.

If he wants cash then he can draw down on the mezzanine loan facility again, issue more shares at a quoted price above 10p and get the insto to pay in instalments like last time with a weighted calculation which means they pay nowhere near the quoted placing price.

MORWEN - given the discussion is about the cargo charges at Tema , I hope they’re not getting paid per passenger.

Ps-1988 - based on your response, I’d agree that this is a rainbow. My other stocks are generally doing much better than here thank you.

As for negative ninnies, if you watched the webinar were you happy with it ? Long term holders , in fact any holders here, can justifiably hold the board up to scrutiny and criticism. If you think they are doing such a great job then let’s some positive feedback to go against the negatives.

Poor old Mark - came across as being desperate to issue more shares or to provide equity to institutions buying in , but how to do it when the damn share price insists on staying sub nominal.

Very selective graph from Fooler to try and suggest that the SP isn’t doing that badly.

In summary, focus on the main results - don’t ask for detail, don’t ask about prospects, stop moaning about the share price,

Still sub nominal maybe ?!!? - I’d say absolutely.

I think expectations are very low and Fooler will fail to meet them.

Sadly I think all the PR of late has shown that there’s not much show and even less substance.

sunnyca - wise move and well done. At the moment this isn’t much of a trading share and has been a disaster for many as an investment. Short of a significant contract announcement its hard to see what might move this from the current narrow range.

I have low expectations for our Webinar on Thursday. We’ve been waiting for a catalyst from the results, from the AGM, from the trading update and now this and each time it’s a case of general update and expectation of more to come next time. This badly needs something significant or I expect more will be heading for the exits.

Linton- sadly the only way this would get 400% rise is if Fooler does a 4 for 1 share consolidation.

Let’s hope we at least get something to take us over nominal.

I can’t see there being another raise - purely on the basis that Fooler can call down another 1.5 million on the mezzanine loan.

I wonder what the shortfall currently stands at on the monthly amount we get from River/YA for the 14 million shares they had earlier in the year. We should be getting 145k a month, but based on SP I doubt we’re getting more than 100k. Leaves a gap in the money coming in that’s supposed to be repaying the loan we took out that was supposed to be paying the CULNs, which didn’t happen. No wonder we’ve got 1.6 million in the bank - we’ve also got plenty of loans to pay.

24% increase in revenue may be a good thing but it still isn’t translating into a sustained and material improvement in share price performance. Nor is it the case that PF has been able to demonstrate any ability to do this.

He can put it down as an objective but it means diddly squat if he doesn’t have the capability to deliver it.

Not a massive amount in comparison to some CEO’s and he, along with the other directors, have not been investing much here in buying shares over the last few years. I’m sure his retirement fund is doing just fine from the years of remuneration that have been funded by shareholders.

DHC - you mentioned again the point on material improvement in share price. PF has set many goals for the business over the years, many of which have been aspirational and vague, almost like wish list. Many of them have been missed over the years also.

Out of interest, what would you see as a material and sustainable increase in share price performance - 13p for a week ?

Given that you are a self confessed trader in this share who not so long ago was extremely critical, I’m amused by your defence of Fooler.

To be fair Phil, Tema did wonders for the SP when first announced on AGM day last year. SP went from languishing near 6p up to around 18p not long after, coupled with other announcements.

Sadly Fooler then trashed the SP pretty quickly after, back down to sub nominal. Typical Fooler wrecking ball.

I’ve said it before, he has no interest in the SP or shareholder. He needs to spin the story and pump this every now and again to get the latest placing away , as this company only survives on funding from shareholders but after that he doesn’t care what happens.

I was going to say, poor old Fooler - nothing he says can get this moving, but we know that he isn’t bothered about the SP anyway until it comes round to fundings.

The SP would rerate either on potential or delivery. The market knows all about Foolers cry wolf on potential, he’s been spouting the same for years and just gets ignored now. Delivery is , at best, steady, largely underwhelming and not exceeding expectations. Hence we largely stagnate around the 10p pivot.

Many opportunities, plenty of them seemingly a good fit.

It remains to be seen how many WSG are genuinely in the mix for, and that includes the Saudi ports. We won’t win any contracts if we aren’t actually bidding and I’ve not seen anything to say that we are.
