Question - how do we see PF managing to stop the rot here as the SP continues to edge downwards?

Given some of the commentary on here around company performance, do you see this just sorting itself out once the market wakes up to how the company are doing ?

Nothing currently on the horizon for a couple of months, and that would be assuming we got a pre Xmas trading update like last year.

Meant to say that the likelihood is we are only receiving about 7p per share issued.

So one missing goal for me would be to improve financing arrangements so that they don’t damage the SP performance- or lack of.

Hindsight tells us that they didn’t need to do the complicated mezzanine finance arrangement to fund the CULNs repayment as they have deferred again. If there had been any need for cash they could have done a normal placing, however that wouldn’t have gone down well.

Are we due an update on the Menzies trial, or is that going to join the list of ongoing ‘live opportunities’ that we never hear any more about.

We also have more than 14m extra shares in issue this year and have increased borrowing. Some of the CULNs have been paid off, but until YA and Rivers complete their selling then the absence of buyers will only see this continue to drift down.

Year end targets have been aspirational (or fantasy).

IG - this has nothing about the company doing well for you. This is all about the share price going up, then you can sell the placing shares and cash in the warrants.

3 months time you won’t have a word to say here and will be on to the next P&D so don’t try and spin how much you think this is a great company and a great investment.

Normal Hogan m.o. - took the placing and the warrants, pump on here with multi id’s and on twitter. Rope in some of the twitterati to get people seeing it mentioned a lot.

Sell the pump and cash in the warrants.

The stocks are dross and definitely not worth holding but there’s a trade to be made in every piece of s###. Just don’t fall for the hype or think people like Hogan aren’t spinning this. If they state it’s going to hit 1 pence you can bet they’ll be out at .50.

Westminster may have the ability to provide these services but question is, can they win a contract to do so and, if they do, will it make any difference to the SP.

Can’t help but feel for anybody who got suckered in to the idea a few months ago that this was a Covid stock. When you look at some of the exponential increases in Covid stocks and the bubble that has created, this has been a total flop in comparison.

Dodger - I meant YA and Rivers. They had 9million shares between them back in May and assume they are offloading a little bit each month.

This mornings RNS is pretty insignificant. Just another 18k that doesn’t need to be repaid.
