Remember, prints at around 5/6 minutes past 5 are generally spreadbet related and aggregate related positions. Usually results in a big size.

Seen this on many shares on busy days. Trades reported at that time are to do with aggregated days position from spread bets and not a single buy or sell.

Sadly for Fooler the last few months have shown that any attempt he makes to update gets met with cynicism and a negative market reaction. Probably explains why there’s not much update recently as there’s nothing to say that will be taken positively.

This is what happens when you get in to league with the likes of YA / River - they have total control over the SP and squeeze the life out of it. Fooler probably thought he was on to a good thing talking about sharing SP upside when they were only ever going to take the SP one way.

YA / Rivers have the shares so there is nothing to pay off in that sense. We have to wait for them to sell through those shares and pay us the monthly payments based on the SP.

We then have the mezzanine loan amount to repay from those monthly instalments. Sadly, given the SP we are going to be short on the total amount to be repaid so any profit may need to go on plugging that gap.

And a new 52 week low again. Will it break 70 ?

Down more than 10% on the week.

And they just keep getting cheaper.

We not sit pretty much where the SP sat before announcement of potential bids.

Sadly, any ‘no bid’ announcement and this will drop further like people suggest, in my opinion.

Flurry of activity and trades today - all for a .8% rise in SP.

Still, makes a change from going in the normal direction.

Did the EGM take place yesterday ? Assume that this will now be Liquidated.

Looks like we’re moving away from that 52 wk low now. Let’s hope that was the bottom and a change in sentiment can drive a meaningful rerate.

Hopefully it’ll be more than one flying off the shelf !

I have a query regarding the ABC position which hopefully somebody may be able to clarify,

I notice that their ‘core’ securities holdings stays constant at 14.92% and the daily increases are in the Equity CFD. My understanding is that this could be a long or short position.

Could ABC be running an open short CFD to hedge against the possible drop in SP affecting their core holding if the takeover falls through ?

I wonder if the drip feed of 100k sells during the week has dropped the price from 7’s to 6’s to allow the seller to now buy back in.

5p in 2016 saw this on the verge of having to change nominal from 10p - it was due to go forward at the AGM if I remember rightly.

I don’t see that being the case here, hopefully.

The track record shows us that not long after paying off , they would then enter in to another arrangement. Either that or switch back to bucket shop placings - although that would need the Sp above 10p.

Equity based financing has killed the SP and unless Fooler can change his spots, it will do it again.

So Q1 this year was up 12 per cent on Q1 last year but Q2 this year was down 12 per cent from Q1 this year.
