Yrabs - it’ll wake up but best we could hope for is low teens. This is a range bound trading share for as long as Fooler trots out the same old shizzle - and a leopard doesn’t change its spots.

He likes to portray that the company is an investable proposition but then shafts shareholders at every turn so it’s a bit rich for him to even suggest that the share price is not reflecting the company. Sp performance is a reflection of Foolers actions.

Looks like they’ve been pumping VAST for last few days and now moved on to WSG.

Seen it a fair bit recently where the twitterati burst into life promoting Westminster and then disappear just as quickly when, invariably, the SP fails to budge.

I’m sure they’ll keep spouting how this is so undervalued and should be 20p minimum, whilst all along selling their 9p shares for 10p.

DHC - I maybe answer your question 2 with another question.

Do you think Fooler would rather have the cash from the Riverfort / YA facility, plus the extra £1.5 million available from the mezzanine, or do you think he’d rather have the potential for a better SP than the current sub-nominal ?

Personally, I don’t think he gives a jot for shareholders and therefore the SP so that would answer the question.

The AGM would have been the normal time to spin the spin and dollop out the jam. The webinar just changes the setting and the timescales.

As usual, holders are now left dangling in the hope that Fooler can come up with something tangible, hope more than expectation. Can’t see it being anything other than more of the same Fooler carrot dangling and waffle.

I don’t see what he does and I bet it’s someone else who’s come in recently to shake up the corporate image side and show them how it’s done,

I don’t believe there is any scaling back in the PI allocation, I expect there has been a fair bit of forward selling ahead of the allocation. It provides the funds for people to take up their allotment and bank any small profit at the same time. End result is you have the same number of shares and a bit of cash. I see 30p as the floor.

Also, the usual wording left wide open to interpretation- ‘sustained’ ? , ‘material’ ? Anyone care to put forward some numbers on material in relation to SP - 2p gain, 10p , 20p - now we’re talking !

DHC - I may have missed it but where has PF stated about rebuilding shareholder value ?

The last few Interviews I’ve seen with Fooler, when he’s been asked about the SP he’s pretty much dismissed it and quickly moved on. I don’t think he sees SP or shareholders as any sort of priority other than when placing or when facing an angry AGM mob.

Time to do something,anything, to address the disconnect between company and share price.

Agree that this is a vastly improved website. I notice the vision statement ends with “enhancing shareholder value “.

Let’s see if any of this activity starts to bridge the disconnect between company image and market image. We need to see that veneer of professionalism carried over to how the company treats the market. Good PR and a move away from bucket shop placings and complex financing with bottom end death spiral financiers would signal a change that might make this a more investable proposition. Otherwise we’ll just pivot around nominal at the whim of traders and, at some point end up having to lower it if Fooler continues to rely on bucket shop confetti.

Yrabs - agreed , we need to see actual orders and values. Stating that ‘we are in discussions with’ or ‘handling huge number of enquiries’ isn’t going to cut it with anyone. It may keep them busy and show potential but not if there’s no actual delivery - we’ve seen enough of that over the years with all the supposed MoU’s.

Fooler isn’t bothered about the support shareholders - certainly not the PI’s on here. So what if all sold up and walked away, somebody else would be buying them and doing the same.

So long as SP stays above nominal and he has the support of the type of institutions that will provide equity financing for a fast buck he really doesn’t care. He can talk about institutional investors or not selling till £2 but let’s face It, he’ll shaft shareholders as quick as a flash for the first bucket shop that comes and overs him an easily £million for another shed load of confetti.

Fooler is no different to the majority of AIM CEO’s . He has to keep spinning the story and massaging the market to ensure the spivs will keep supplying the cash. Shareholders who believe him are exactly the type of mugs he wants.
