Say something more controversial just so long as you keep the gold price above $1200. There was a bit of a discussion about gold price this morning on R4 finance report at 6.15am as usual stating the bl**ding obvious but at least media rubbish like this ramps up gold and that can only be good for AAU during this very critical period for the company that is to say, actually in production rather than talking about it. Given all that we know, Salinbas and all the much discussed production potential on this BB the next few months of good weather is critical for the share price. The winter is difficult up there in them thar hills. So I look forward to some more good updates from Kerim.

When the shares are doing good, BOD are great, when SP is bombed out BOD (and MMs) are all crooks or AIM lifestylers. That's the truth of many bargain basement AIM penny shares and any way if you don't like it why bother to post or even follow the stock. Same old same old. You pays your money and you takes your choice. At least on here there is some rationality of reasoning which is more than can be said for the clowns in oilies. Most of the posts over there seem to be from 12 year olds who can barely spell.

oh ye of little faith. Just really wish this would appear above the radar. Debt situation very manageable, production on the way up, gold price stable with Trump ramping it up from time to time, silver stable, short of a major breakdown what really can go wrong.All this underpinned by increased summertoiime exploration up in them thar mountains. Maybe the politics of Turkey will intervene from time to time but its in no-one's interest to strangle the goose that lays the golden eggs, no matter what their political leanings are. Kerim get your publicity machine out there and shout the good news from the rooftops to get m ore investors onboard. This is better than expected no matter how you look at it and its all down to a well managed business that does what they promise and does it efficiently and with minimum fuss. Perhaps we need more fuss now.

LS - Production goes up costs per ounce come down, fact. They are still ramping up production.

I don't see what you're on about levi, the market capitalisation has effectively to reflect the market value of the shares (outstanding) which fluctuates, if they go up it will go up but it doesn't necessarily reflect what a company is worth, only just how much it is currently worth. IMO it is a poor way to judge a company when share prices on AIM in particular are so volatile, often with little logic other than the herd of pumpers and dumpers out to make a few bucks. You can't surely be suggesting that such volatility is a measure of investors confidence or anything else for that matter. All I know is that Ariana are ACTUALLY producing and selling AND exploring and valuation can only realistically be for the current price of gold and silver. The more it drops the less the asset value. So that is why a stable gold price above $1000 (as opposed to current Kiziltepe production costs of $600 or less) is by far the most important element of potential profitability along with of course production volumes (which I would admit are not particularly brilliant right now in the rampup phase anyway but the potential is there) even if it isn't obvious in any valuation made. A stable gold price is what I want. We have seen what has happened with oil lets hope it doesn't happen with gold this time around but hopefully Trump will take care of that even if he is actively depressing the price of oil and gas.

Market capitalisation is the share price effectively so you are effectively bleating about the share price. Perhaps Kerim will issue a few more !! Better get out quick before he does,

Paul - Happens all the time on all the boards, particularly on AIM, when punters are losing money. They have the choice and if they make a bad one (this isn't a bad one IMO) by investing money in a share that falls significantly it was their decision. They just, like many of us, want to make a lot of money quickly , high risk high returns, and gold mining is probably one of the most risky investments anyone can make. These moaners just won't accept they have made a poor decision. Compared with recent years the amount of information and transparency is infinitely better today than ever. You pays your money and you takes your choice.

the gold price hasn't fallen below $1220 and more generally stayed above $1240 and we seem to be picking up good cash on the nail prices in Turkey.and silver prices pretty stable in the last quarter so headline price performance for the next few months of ramping up operations should ensure good returns. Can't wait for the next placing (not) !

Wouldn't mind if it was pump and dump which it isn't and never has been with the share. Good news usually means a fall in SP

You can't buck the market and a 20% discount (it was not underwritten) is not out of line with general placings especially when you take into consideration our low profile , even after all the plus points of recent months. You can take a horse to water but you can't make it drink. What we need is more media publicity something we have sadly lacked for all the time I have been investing in here.

OK for dosh in the shorterm, bit of a disappointment but pretty much par for the course on AIM, always short of cash. But then that's why companies join AIM mostly to raise money in a hurry without all the convoluted obstacle course usually associated with raising money commercially.

Cash is King ! Fascinating explanation of the market for the dore, in Turkey, not often you get paid instantly. Keep the gold price up Trumpy that's what we need right now. Loan being paid off should keep us creditworthy and with drilling results so good cashflow shouldn't be a problem setting up further future processing. Also the added bonus of making us a good target for any predator and with potential rumours which no doubt there will be should keep the SP buoyant once we are 'on the radar' of others. The best in depth discussion, particularly the technical aspects, from Kerim so far which makes me even more confident in the management and potential of this company. Truly exciting.
