Even though this would take time such news should propel the SP higher and apart from anything else any listing on ASX (or even TSX) means a much better mining understanding on those markets of the potential of GGR than in the UK especially on the AIM casino .

I've seen all that old stuff but I thought what you wrote earlier implied that was in the latest presentation. Do you honestly believe that the money raised will last that long. I for one don't as circumstances in this sort of business change from month to month and we will be the last to hear of it. Having spent the best part of 20 years on production and drilling rigs offshore I learnt long ago that cash-burn is the name of the game e.g. expertise and drilling rigs are usually priced in US dollars, as fortunately at the moment the oil price is too and bills may well become mighty high if the pound falls lower still. That is just one of the many hazards so quite frankly SS like many of those promoting their expro businesses has to be upbeat about cashburn, I still believe that the Weald has a huge potential but was very puzzled about your statement that we were fully funded till end 2019. Quite frankly I don't believe it.

?? Rodders where does SS actually say fully fundeed? Did I miss something. It seems very long on on plans short on much else i.e. where the money is coming from. Perhaps you have a different presentation where an audience asks questions like are you fully funded for example?
Still say that whether or not a fundraising comes, probably sooner than later this is what AIM is about and anyone who believes different is fooling themselves. That's why we need the big boys and if its as good as they say it is then its not exactly a quantum leap from getting oil out of the Kimmeridge and Portland layers that extend right up to the Northern N Sea to getting it out of more easily accessed Weald real estate. Onward and upward I believe, or downward, and this may well prove to be just an extension of the North Sea Fields down to Kimmeridge (on the south coast) which I have passed on numerous occasions with its one symbolic nodding donkey which is about 50+ years old and showing its age.

Does rudimentary economics incliude the mIllions and millions of dollars to drill a well? Where else does the money come other than selling equity and getting investors, corporate as well as retail, on board. All very well but shipping it out by tanker can't be a long-term option given the poor infrastructure and affluent area. I guess until production is significant (25000+ bopd) a pipeline cannot even be considered but by then the natives will be up in arms over the tanker traffic but for now that is getting ahead of ourselves. All the more reason for a very necessary major participant with deep pockets. Once proved up then this is not so much of 'pie in the sky' which it is right now. .

If so you must have a very short memory about the furore that was generated when initial UKOG drills were analysed by Nutech and Schlumberger. The company was accused of misleading investors etc etc by such erudite knowledgeable people such as the self styled Sheriff of AIM TW (whats happened to him now we don't hear much from this 'expert' now ?) RNS to allay worries? At least we have a CEO who communicates for that I am grateful. speculation or no speculation. Could be tomorrow, could be next week, could be even next month and if the major player is into playing politics or poker it could be never !!! Let's not forget this company is cash strapped so maybe in much the same way as Brexit is going any deal is better than none so let's not get over excited about this. If it doesn't happen and a lot of punters lose money blame will all be heaped on to our CEO, rather unfairly IMO. Lets just stay real and stop reading so much into a few vague statements.

my AIM investments to concentrate on companies that not only have prospects but take notice, lets face it it is in their . interest anyway, of what the BBs are saying and communicate with their retail investors unlike the majority of the so I'll not be getting shot of them unless of course they turn into hopeless basket case. I am still very much aware of the 'Georgia and the Russian Bear just across the border. There is a political dimension that can't be ignored.
