Hi B2 Tks for posting that, I had no issue with GM's ltip as it was purely a freak situation and he got lucky, it would appear in hindsight for whatever reasons his performance in his last 6 months could have been better.
Regarding DA's ltip which has 3.54 as the baseline as set by the board, on re reading it initially suggests it's a year by year award but later on goes a bit hazy and mentions 2024, I know this is the end of the ltip but unsure if it's still year on year or at the end the target must be met a la
Year one 4.60
Year two 5.98
Year three 7.77

Or just as long as the share hits 7.77 by vesting date.

Did James Wakefield set the bar for the higher start point of DA's ltip.
Has he led the company well.
If the Agm is held in June would this be when DA's position is up for endorsing?
