Various questions

If someone registers and abstains are those votes counted towards the percentage?

Last year there was no initial Agm as there were insufficient votes , this year you can vote "live" therefore will the Agm go ahead anyway although votes may not be confirmed either way.

My last question, would the safest thing be just not to register your votes so they couldn't be counted.

Finally, this is no way confirms the way I will vote or any recommendation to others, as long termers will recall I am a mere plankton.
