Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I'm going to rewatch tomorrow hopefully.
I almost shot my self in the foot when I got in JW spoke to me first and I introduced myself as someone who'd lost a lot of money(on paper) due to the erosion of shareholder value, in fairness they again spoke to me and we had a good conversation about yourgene purchase and discussed dhsc with the obvious limitations of NDA.
Steve Gibson made me laugh the way he explained the yourgene cash buy.
Off to do family stuff.
As ever thanks to Larry for this video from 2020

There is another but this is more in depth.
Naewise Jw who I had serious reservations about actually came over well.
Like Larry I was surprised a fellow investor didn't know we'd payed cash for yourgene.
Help me out here I was that busy thinking about questions I didn't take parts in was JW's comment about the board going forward in the meeting or before? also recall same conversation included LR as sales Director (good idea) without being funny I felt an implication that our sales need a revamp!!
I also felt there may be a very yourgene led board in the future.
They chatted with me beforehand, they are rightly very pleased with the yourgene, saying along the lines of it's really hard financially for a smaller company and bigger group would help, I suggested it was down to mr Mcarthy and Gibson to tackle the overspend/loss and in all fairness JW contributed.
We had a small discussion re dhsc in which I confirmed that if we didn't have a leg to stand on we wouldn't be proceeding, but JW cautioned by saying in essence in this litigation both sides only have to convince one person...the Judge.
Don't expect any pre resolution they were saying dispute still ongoing re 2 mil with Odx? V dhsc.
I was disappointed re the bio sensor I probably didn't put it across well but why start on a path if no likelihood of commercial success.
"The new CO-Prep™ instrument has received significant interest from customers in advance of the launch next month. PROmate™ and Co-Prep™ have currently been designed for testing of COVID-19, but both testing and instrument technologies can be used to target additional diseases in the future."
That's from this

What happened to the significant interest.
B2 my thoughts are along the lines of do we need a lot of money to aid the ygene products or will it be organic?
Changing tack if I actually manage to get a question at the AGM has anybody not attending got a constructive killer question that they could suggest that needs asking nothing daft but worthwhile.
If lth's haven't voted against certain re-appointments omg
Who was responsible for allowing GM not to be developing new products during covid.
Who was responsible for allowing all our covid eggs to be in one basket.
Who was responsible for DA's appt(I supported as I still thought they knew what they were doing)
I have my opinion and have voted against re appointment I can only hope he walks.
Tks KT.....We look forward to our continued partnership in the coming months and years....which is great news as I believe it was initially a two year partnership from July 21 there is an Rns but I'm up early so off to my pit.
The AGM is seen by individual shareholders as their one opportunity to directly address the Board. Engagement with this audience is key and can be enhanced through Board members also proactively mingling in a more informal setting before and after the meeting.”
Oh flip where should I start.....hmmmm
John brown doesn't have a great recent record at acacia and ygen what do you see him bringing to the table at Novacyt?
