OG it doesn't matter how many times you ask there aren't documents in the public domain, the company have stated on numerous occasions that they have strong contractual rights.
Therefore it's only things like 6 approved cdta products etc that give some on here the confidence to hold their position.

Tks Exmex play nice everybody information sharing is always best helps us little guys and gals sometimes buck the system.
Come on CS less of the Spanish I'm having enough problems with it cropping up in blood meridian, we could have got an experienced ceo like say Lyn Rees!!! so you never know, like we will never know what constraints David Allmond had to work under.
You said
"However let's hope it has all worked for the best and we now have a better portfolio "
I think we have before the ygen takeover(presumption).
Regarding the dispute it's difficult to find any other info other than Novacyt believe the dhsc are basing their case on incomplete data(Novacyt say) if this is accurate they are going to get chased by a Judge of any standing.
Novacyt neglected to update a lot of their other tests during covid whos to blame a combination of Graham Mullis and James Wakefield in my humble opinion. they are well through the updating process now however you only hear about it when the quality researchers post information that's because of Novacys deliberate (again imho) lack of information to markets and shareholders.
On the other hand the board are t that daft if they've purchase ygen at a price that is lower a)cheap enough to keep us happy
B) sufficient to keep ygen board and major institutions on board
C)Sufficient (the additional 6 mil payment) to as yet deter any other buyers.
Combined revenues of 27 mil this year and increasing only the ygen part of that by 20 per cent(is that correct) goes to 31 mil minimum next year although as we are well through the process of launching "very disruptive " products that's a James Mcarthy statement I'd assume revenues will be higher.
A win in the course case and we will be in an exceptional position going forward.
Appointment of dynamic CEO is crucial again imho.
Hope some of that helps Davand, let's all keep it constructive the invested will be all the happier whoever we are.
That's how I read it Kaeren

"A single antibody (RSV-199) recognizes a conserved epitope in the viral glycoprotein of two viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and human metapneumovirus (hMPV). The antibody neutralizes both viruses in vitro with broad activity against multiple strains, and also confers protection to animals challenged with the viruses using an in vivo model of infection (cotton rats)"
