It’s a very important development though as it gives us;

1) a first power generation project with potential for muchos revenues in Panama

2) a foot in the Panama Canal region door to develop shipping bunkers in that bottleneck And further shipping revenues (as PR pointed out earlier)

3) a foot in the door with the parent refineries in Honduras which is a much bigger opportunity as I understand it

I read the statements made regarding MSAR being good to go based on the original interim LONO as being conditional on the satisfactory completion of new POC for MSAR and full LONO on BioMSAR

Then parties will agree on a ‘read across’ statement in the proof certification documents for MSAR that references the evidence of the interim LoNO and the completed one for BioMSAR, so arguing the similarities In the two fuels and substantive evidence in the data.

I used to write this kind of document regularly in chemistry industry to evidence scientific acceptance of similar chemistry where only one had been fully tested/proven but it could be argued that sufficient data existed to prove-up both.

I’m reading that our processing of heavier crudes through our emulsification characteristics is not suited to jet fuel production but typically is perfect for marine, industrial and power
