In my opinion this had everything to do with house brokers having ii’s lined up offering the deal now. There’s a short lull in expected news and the price action in last couple months put us in a great position to pull this off now! That’s all no conspiracies.

Yes I applied for mine ( it’s now showing online only NOT in ii app) and fully expect it to be scaled back so that all participants (by 30th) get their minimum plus a percentage based on over subscription 😊

I’m assuming that the mini MMU is the one that we have operated infrequently at QRF doing batch trials and testing and more recently to produce the 60t of MSAR and smaller volume of BioMSAR for the on-site burner trials at OCP.

As Gribbler said earlier it looks like our PM’s have spotted the bottlenecks in our critical pathway to commercialisation and come up with this innovative solution to solve everyone’s needs as early as possible.

It wont leave us short of a test-bed and production facility for small batch testing either as We are currently installing and commissioning the full size MMU at MAC2 facility in Antwerp to support the MSC trial and subsequently fuel commercial bunkers, which can be utilised to provide such testing and batch production for trials as required.

The MMU at OCP Jorf Lasfar May then be utilised to support the Panamanian or SE Asia trial as required whichever signs up to trial first.

Win Win and as PR has said the 600bbl/day unit can support two of the 7-well groupings at 40bopd from each well. So allowing Valkor to produce synthetic fuels from up to 12 more valuable drills! There should even be a bit of capacity to allow for some mined bitumen to be processed along the way!

· The supply by Quadrise of a smaller Multifuel Manufacturing Unit ("MMU") of 600 bpd capacity on an interim basis during 2025, for which Valkor will pay US$0.2 million on 1 December 2025, with a further US$0.3 million due to Quadrise upon supply of a full size 6,000 bpd MMU to the PPS in exchange for the 600 bpd MMU by return.

Why would we supply a 600bbl per day MMU in early 2025 that isn’t paid for until 1 December 2025?

Surely that’s March? Or April?

We were told there’d be news on multiple projects in new year

Therefore folks are buying in the belief that good news on multiple projects is imminent
