Also important to look at side effect profiles .. we will see side effects in any combo with checkpoint inhibitors... something scancell investors are not used to seeing !

Remembering that adjuvant disease patients are fairly healthy on the surface so giving risky treatments may be overlooked for safer ones in the future !? One of these patients died from the treatment !!

How the Aim market sees value is intreguing .. for instance-

Scancell with mid phase 1 unprotected scib1, and just a discovered unprotected moditope and no top industry contacts or colleagues - value just over £100M

Scancell with phase 1/2 worldwide patented scib 1 completed with 'out of the ball park' Beyond 5 year survival (cure?) data, scib2 phase 1/2 paid for, a protected moditope platform, a protected Glycan platform, a route into tcr technology with bioNTech plus a raft of thought leaders and industry experts gathering for project blueprint and £20M possible injection into modi3 - value £51M !!

Guess what folks .. I'm still hoarding !!

lol .. yes .. either great minds or we've understood in a similar way what scancell are doing ! With LD being one of the top minds in immunotherapy that's not a surprise I guess ! Could Scancell and bioNTech have treated the two patients that didn't make it on scib1 mono trial !? Take care ..

Ray .. worth looking up thymic selection .. as Inanaco says, scancell set in motion a natural process ! However, when the immune system is compromised and there arnt enough t-cells to select or modify then these are the patients that BioNTech and scancell want to target together ! Take care ..

Not a bad summary .. But it's even more elegant than finding whole molecules .. Scancell uses immunogenic epitopes .. parts of molecules that are recognised by the immune system .. Each immunobody targets a different group of epitopes and Moditope targets molecules that are modified (parts are changed) as a result of stress .. Again bits of molecules .. It's all amazing (in my opinion) and scib1 worked better than Lindy could have ever hoped ! Take care ..

As (like Inanaco) I'm invested in the science and whatever 'market sentiment' is like 'my sentiment' based on my research is and always has been positive. (Obviously lol) Only time will tell if I've been 'astute' .. when scancell 'deal' .. ? Who knows when this will happen is anyone's guess but .. the longer it is the more shares I will have !
